Abstract: The disclosure concerns an improved method and apparatus for employing filled resins in chopper type fiberglass systems. The new technique is characterized by a special mixer for the resin and filler which produces a product which does not settle as fast as prior filled resins, and which has a viscosity low enough to permit use of the conventional chopper equipment employed with unfilled resins. The resin-filler mixture may be pumped directly from the mixing apparatus to the chopper gun and is free of any tendency to set in, and thus clog, the mixer.
Abstract: Hollow body or structure for heated gases and under high pressure having an insulating intermediate space between an external wall and a perforated partition wall; the insulating space being provided with perforated intermediate walls situated parallel to the external wall and the partition wall; the throttling effect of the perforated partition wall and of the perforated intermediate walls increases from wall to wall outwardly from the inside of the hollow body.

Abstract: Pipe branch piece having a pipe leg of large diameter and pipe legs of relatively small diameter; at the junction between two inter-abutting conical pipe sections of two pipe legs of relatively small diameter, a curved reinforcing element which is situated within the pipe branch piece; said curved reinforcing element being situated outside an imaginary cylinder whose axis is situated on the axis of the conical pipe section which contacts the imaginary sphere and whose diameter is equal to the diameter of the largest circular throughflow cross-section of the pipe run connected to the same pipe leg.
Abstract: A centrifuge with a solid-walled drum subdivided into two zones, in the first of which the movement of the solids is controlled by a pushing means, and in the second of the two zones a deposition channel for the solids is arranged, said channel being located outside the region of said pushing means and having a bottom outlet for the solids.
