The rack subassembly includes a pair of substantially parallel rack sidewalls, and a rack floor extending between the lower edges of the rack sidewalls. Sliding attachment means are adapted to hold the tray subassembly in sliding contact with the rack subassembly and permit the tray subassembly to be extended from and inserted into the rack subassembly.

One or more wheel structures are rotatably attached to the horizontal axle. Each wheel structure includes a rim, a hub, and a plurality of stays extending between and attached to the rim and hub. A plurality of jib sails are attached to each wheel framework in a manner adapted to cause the wheel to rotate about the axle when the wind blows against the sails. A positioning vane is rotatably attached to the downwind end of the axle and is adapted to point the upwind end of the axle into the wind when the wind blows.

A locking pin receiving tunnel extends along the diagonally extending access slot and is adapted to receive a locking pin after the carrier device is positioned onto a downrigger line.

A vertically disposed transparent cylindrical cover surrounds the fountain housing with the fountain housing being located in a lower portion of the transparent cylindrical cover. The transparent cylindrical cover has a height above the nozzle that is at least as great as the height of the vertical water stream generated by the fountain nozzle. The fountain housing and the lower portion of the transparent cylindrical cover are surrounded by a lightweight shell simulating a rock. The water display may include a transparent aquarium surrounding the fountain housing and transparent cylindrical cover.

Upon rotation of the ejector arm about the pivot rod, the ejector finger contacts the lower end of the CD's located within the two CD receiving slots of a selected storage unit, and raises the CD's into position for retrieval.

The adjustable strap attachment means is adapted to adjustably receive the other strap and hold the other strap at a location that restrains the patient in the desired fetal position.

The locking strap is attached to the stop tab and is adapted to be insertable into and through the barrel of a firearm. The locking strap has a plurality of transverse teeth located on an outer surface thereof. The lock tab is removably attached to the stop tab and has a lock housing with a transverse aperture extending therethrough that is adapted to receive the locking strap. The lock housing is adapted to allow the teeth of the locking strap to pass through the transverse aperture as the lock tab is being inserted onto the locking strap, but to prevent removal of the lock tab from the locking strap once insertion has started.
