Abstract: An improved fish handling device comprising a generally U-shaped member having generally parallel upper and lower arms resiliently joined at one end and having a cushioning element carried by the free ends of the arms, with the free ends inclining downward at a predetermined angle to the axis of the arms and having barrier carried by the free ends adjacent their junction with the arms.
Abstract: Temporary emergency structures comprising inflatable frameworks formed of ultra-high temperature resistant fabric tubing which may insulate the protected person or equipment from the ground and which serves to support a cover formed of ultra-high temperature resistant fabric cloth.
Abstract: An intravaginal resiliently expandable member impermeable to fluids providing sealable closure of the vaginal canal for the prevention of exit of blood, including menstrual blood, or other organic fluids from the vaginal orifice. Said intravaginal resiliently expandable member can be used alone or in tandem combination with blood absorbing devices such as intravaginal tampons for the prevention of blood leakage.
Abstract: An article securing device having pairs of channel shaped retaining members which can be attached by pressure sensitive adhesive or small nails, screws or the like, together with flexible strap members which are insertable into the retaining members and can be fixedly, yet releasably retained, by latch members which mate with the retaining members to frictionally retain the strap members in engagement with the retaining members.
Abstract: An improved atomizer nozzle having a central primary orifice which initially picks up the fuel and which is surrounded by a plurality of secondary orifices which enhance the atomization quality by further reducing the droplet size and regulating the spray pattern, droplet velocity and which can cooperate with a vortex body to create recirculation to further improve combustion.
Abstract: An improved oil drainage and disposal device comprising a generally box-like container having a large opening formed eccentrically in one surface of the container to permit a plurality of oil containers to be inserted into the interior of the container for storage and to allow oil being drained from a vehicle to enter the container through the opening, a plurality of annular openings formed in a second surface of the container perpendicular to the one surface for releasably retaining the necks of oil containers, closures mounted in each of the annular openings and resiliently urged into a position to seal the openings, and funnels formed in the second surface about each of the openings.
Abstract: An improved method and apparatus for pulsed magnetic induction by creating a plasma, supplying energy to excite said plasma to oscillate, and applying said the resulting oscillations to a patient or biological matter.
Abstract: An improved lobster measuring device comprising a pair of indicator tabs formed integral with or attachable to the front end of a flashlight and projecting forward from the front end of the flashlight and spaced apart a distance equal to the minimum legal length for lobsters.
Abstract: An inflatable structure having a trampoline-type floor with an inflatable framework projecting upwardly therefrom and having netting panels extending between adjacent portions of said framework to prevent a child from inadvertently bouncing out of the structure, with at least one of said panels having releasable fastening means to allow opening of said one of said panels as a door.
Abstract: A fish landing device comprising a generally conical landing device having a rigid frame with a flexible covering supported by the frame with an opening at each end of the covering to facilitate drawing the fish into the covering while the line is still attached and having a slot extending the entire length of the frame to allow drawing the line completely through the landing device, together with straps for securing the covering about the fish to immobilize the fish for safe removal of the hook.
Abstract: An improved forming jig comprising a flat strip of rigid material having a plurality of projections extending from one surface of said strip, one pair of said projections being located at each end of said strip and being spaced approximately 1 9/16 inches from each other, an additional one of said projections spaced approximately 1 9/16 inches from the inner projection of one of said pairs and approximately 53/4 inches from the inner projection of the other of said pairs, and having an opening formed in said strip located approximately four inches from the end of said strip adjacent said other of said pairs. If desired a carpenters level may be mounted on the surface of said strip opposite from said projections.
Abstract: A hand tool for end cutting and edge trimming of edgebanding, veneer and the like comprising a handle, a first generally L-shaped cutting blade mounted on said handle and having a curved cutting surface at the intersection of the legs thereof, together with a second blade extending obliquely across the axis of the tool and having the cutting edge of the second blade facing oppositely to the cutting edge of the first blade.

Abstract: A bowling ball having at least one recess, and an insert generally filling said recess and formed of material molded about the fingers of the user of the ball to provide finger holes formed in said insert corresponding precisely to the size, spacing and curvature of the fingers of the user of the ball. A cap drilled to match the alignment of the customized finger holes is glued to the top of the insert to match the outer surface of the bowling ball.
Abstract: An improved plant stand comprising a reservoir having an open top for receiving the base or ball of a plant at least one base member projecting outwardly from said reservoir, a plurality of jam-cleats each mounted adjacent the outer end of a portion of said base member, a retaining member encircling said plant at a desired elevation above the top of said reservoir, a plurality of support lines each having one end connected to a respective location about said retaining member and having the other end clamped by a respective one of said jam-cleats, a fluid supply tank having a hose of sufficient length to allow said tank to be located beyond the branches of a plant mounted in said reservoir and communicating with said reservoir to enable fluid from said supply tank to flow into said reservoir.
