    Abstract: The present invention is related to a method for the production of a throttle valve connection piece housing and a throttle valve as molded injection parts. The throttle valve connection piece housing is provided with a throughflow opening which can be sealed by the throttle valve. Along a pivoting axis extending perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the throughflow opening, the throttle valve is provided with a continuous shaft hole into which a throttle valve shaft can be inserted in a rotationally fixed manner, the two ends of the shaft protruding from the shaft hole in such a way that they protrude into coaxial bearing holes in the throttle valve connector piece housing which are coaxial to the shaft hole. When the throttle valve is in a closed position, the radial peripheral edge thereof rests on the inner wall of the throughflow opening. The throttle valve connector piece housing is produced together with the closed-position throttle valve as a single injection molded piece in an injection mold.

Depending on a determination of whether the first and second transport vehicles deliver the first and second articles to the respective first and second delivery locations, the method returns an empty transport vehicle to the nearest one of the loading points and bypasses one of the first and second loading points for a still loaded transport vehicle. This allows to minimize the number of transport vehicles within the system.

The second line also comprises a conveyor surface and supporting wall along with a linear guide, however this linear guide does not run beyond the length of the second conveyor line supporting surface. At least one second separating blades run on the second conveyor line linear guide. In operation, letters are placed on the second conveyor supporting surface from bins. The placement may be in a select order. The second conveyor line is then brought proximate to the first conveyor line where the two are then coupled.

    Abstract: A method for arranging a valve element in an additional control valve device includes provides that, after a first position has been set, a valve plate is pushed onto the stem until the valve plate contacts the stop of a trapping magnet. The valve plate is then connected to the stem. This ensures that the fabrication tolerances are completely compensated by virtue of the first valve spring and the guiding of the valve element. After the second counter bearing has been secured in the guide, the holding of the first counter bearing in the previously determined first position is cancelled, which is then generally carried out by removing the tappet from the guide. After this has been done, the valve element automatically assumes a central position between the gantry magnet and the trapping magnet in the currentless state of the additional control valve device owing to the spring forces which then act.

    Abstract: A system and method are set out for automating the sorting and loading of parcels into a delivery vehicle. While being conveyed from a customer, parcels to be delivered are scanned and information obtained therefrom. The information may be the parcel either or both the identification code and delivery address. The obtaining may be performed by a bar code reader, hand held or overhead, as well as a videocoding device. The parcel information is matched to a sort code, a unique code for a unique delivery address. A list of matched identification and sort codes and delivery addresses and sort codes is then saved for later search, sort, and retrieval. The parcels are then loaded in sequence into mobile racks, which when full, is loaded onto the delivery vehicle. A sequence list of the order in which the parcels were scanned is also saved for later search, sort, and retrieval. An end user enters a select list of addresses in search of possible hits from the saved lists.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a housing assembly and method of making it. The housing assembly may be used for housing electronic apparatus requiring protection from external corrosive forces including blunt shocks, humidity and so forth. The present housing makes use of the printed circuit board, normally employed for operating electronic apparatus, as a top. The remaining components are assembled, inserted into the housing and held down in place. The housing is then accommodated from the sides while top portions of housing side walls are bent towards one another so as to extend towards one another. Spacers are included as part of the above assembly and are appropriately inserted and placed so as to form a counter force to the now downturned top portions of the housing side walls. Accordingly, the printed circuit board is now held in place by the cooperation of the spacers and top portions.
