Abstract: Provided is a method for fabricating a semiconductor package with a lead frame and the semiconductor package provided thereof. The method includes supplying a lead frame with a plurality of molding regions for molding a plurality of semiconductor packages, and attaching tape to at least one surface of the lead frame to prevent a molten molding material from contacting the lead frame on that surface. The tape comprises a plurality of vacant regions corresponding to the boundary of each molding region. This method distributes the tension and expansion stress of the tape caused by a heating roller when laminating the tape on the lead frame, thereby preventing bending of the strip.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a shoe with a ventilating opening. The shoe includes an upper part having a through hole and an inner part with a path hole, and a shoe sole mounted to the upper part and having both an air passage and an air channel communicating with each other. An elastic unit is provided on a lower surface of the shoe sole by being projected downward while longitudinally extending to correspond to the air passage. An air circulation unit is provided at the front part of the shoe sole to be attached to a front end of the upper part, with an air circulation path provided in the air circulation unit to communicate with both an air inlet and the air channel. Thus, fresh air is introduced into the shoe.

Abstract: Provided is a computer. The computer includes: a plurality of parts including heat-generating components that generate heat during operation; a case in which the parts are installed; and one or more heat-dissipating plates separated from the case by a predetermined distance and facing the case; wherein the heat-generating components include a central processing unit and a power supply, and the central processing unit and the power supply are each thermally connected to the heat-dissipating plates so that heat generated by the central processing unit and the power supply can be dissipated to the outside of the case via the heat-dissipating plates. Accordingly, the heat-generating components installed in the case can be noiselessly and efficiently cooled without using cooling fans.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a promoter directing high levels of expression of a gene in plant storage roots, derived from the sweet potato MADS-box gene, a vector directing high levels of expression of a gene in plant storage roots comprising the same and a transient assay method expressing a foreign gene transiently in plant storage roots using the same vector. The promoter according to the present invention can induce high levels of expression particularly in plant storage roots. Therefore the present invention is very useful for the development of transgenic plants to produce valuable materials in large quantities in plant storage roots.

Abstract: An apparatus for sampling a filter layer and a method using the same are disclosed herein. Abstract: Disclosed is a process for producing the baseball or softball for child, for exercise and for toy that has good security characteristics and similar playing characteristics to a conventional game ball. The invention provides the process of manufacturing a game ball wherein products with the same appearance as the conventional baseball can be obtained at a time by injecting, pressing and foaming the material of EVA alone or blend thereof. Thus, the process can decrease a danger of the ball currently used in the Little League greatly and provide a process of producing the game ball for child, exercise and toy that displays the uniform pattern and playing characteristics and has the high productivity.
Abstract: A water supply device for a humidifier having a water tank for retaining water and a vaporizing chamber for producing water vapor with the water supplied from the water tank, is disclosed in which the water supply device comprises a water tube for supplying the water from the water tank to the vaporizing chamber of the humidifier, the water tube formed of synthetic resin or glass material, and a heating coil disposed around the water tube connected to a electric source for heating the water to a predetermined degree. The method includes preparing the base metal layer of a lead frame, forming one or more plating layers on the base metal layer, mounting the semiconductor chip on the lead frame, molding the semiconductor chip and at least a portion of the lead frame, bending the lead frame to form the lead frame in a predetermined shape, and heat-treating the lead frame for forming a diffusion layer in order to protect the lead frame from corrosion.
