Abstract: A portable, self-contained, toilet and sanitation system is disclosed. The system utilizes gravity and non-mechanical means to actually “flush” human bodily waste into a septic storage tank for later removal and disposal and contains sufficient water supply and storage capacity to allow the system to be used continuously for over eight hours. The system is a closed design and operates substantially as a permanent toilet wherein waste odors are trapped and then vented to the atmosphere.
Abstract: A double-ended cargo restraint anchor for use with existing cargo tie-down straps on commercial transport vehicles, such as flatbed trailers, is disclosed. The restraint anchor allows cargo tie-down straps to always be situated inboard of the anchor bars or “rub rails” located on either side of the transport vehicle. The new restraint anchor complies with all governmental safety rules and transport regulations.

The field stretcher is incorporated into, and deployed from, the equipment or clothing worn by critical incident personnel and is designed to be used to carry such personnel when such personnel becomes injured or incapacitated in the line of duty.
Abstract: A storage apparatus for use with outdoor observation stands is disclosed. The apparatus provides stable and practical support for placing, holding, storing and providing convenient access to food, drink, gear and supplies useful or necessary to hunters or observers utilizing a tree-mounted observation stand. The invention includes a retractable framework which incorporates a flexible panel having geometrically specific compartments for holding a variety of objects. The design of the invention allows the apparatus to securely store and hold heavy objects such as binoculars, ammunition, food and beverages and provides accessibility to such objects with minimal bodily movement.
Abstract: A coupling apparatus for temporary attachment of a portable medical apparatus, such as an intravenous infusion unit, to a personal mobile transport vehicle such as a wheelchair, hospital bed, gurney or mobile stretcher is disclosed. The apparatus includes a deployable arm which may be pivoted from a storage position alongside the transport vehicle to one or more fully deployed and locked positions for releaseably receiving and securing a portable intravenous infusion unit to the transport vehicle during the transport or relocation of infirmed or ambulatory restricted individuals. The apparatus also includes a stabilization strap for securing and stabilizing medical equipment, intravenous lines or other equipment lines attached to, or emanating from, the portable intravenous infusion unit during a transport operation.
Abstract: A refillable receptacle for housing and dispensing a fibrous, windborne material is disclosed. The receptacle includes a closure cap having one or more apertures for dispensing said fibrous material and has a threaded bottom for attachment to, and replacement of, the windage/elevation cap an optical scope. The threaded bottom also allows the device to be attached to an archery bow or bow stabilizer. The bottom of the device may also be adapted so as to allow attachment of the device to pliable articles such as fabric or clothing or to rigid articles such rails or platforms.
Abstract: A collapsible and retractable bed structure having design features which permits the bed structure to be folded or collapsed in a manner so as to allow the device to be incorporated into the limited space created between the rafters of a steeply sloping roofline and an interior wall, such as a knee wall, of a home or other building structure. The invention can be used to transform previously unusable or wasted space within a home or other building structure into fully functional living quarters.
Abstract: A three dimensional puzzle is disclosed wherein the puzzle player is required to rotate or manipulate interlocking disc members along a puzzle base so as to orient notched areas along the perimeter of a number of the discs in order to remove and then reinsert asymmetrical “bird-like” play pieces being held in recesses or repositories within the puzzle base.

Abstract: A lightweight, hand-held, egonomically designed and balanced, electric powered, band-type, coping saw is disclosed. The device includes a handle for housing, controlling and providing power to a variable speed electric motor. The motor operates a gear drive which propels a sprocketed band blade or abrasive cable around and through a pulley system situated within a specially designed U-shaped uniframe attached to the handle. The motor is powered by a detachable and rechargeable battery or by alternating current.
Abstract: A method and system for automatically merging and attaching documents, such as photocopies of remittance checks or the like, to envelopes from which the documents originated is disclosed. The system uses a series of bins and conveyors to automatically retrieve, synchronize, merge and reassociate each document to its respective envelope.
Abstract: A phased-release suppository delivery system is disclosed wherein microscopic polymeric “nanospheres” ladened with one or more active agents are homogeneously incorporated within a pharmaceutically acceptable suppository base. The preparation of the “nanospheres” allows the spheres to be transported, substantially intact, across fenestrated membranes such as the capillary membranes of the rectum. The method of preparation of the “nanospheres” allows for the controlled release of active agent(s) only after a substantial number of the spheres have been transported across the capillary membrane of the rectum or other body cavity and have been taken up into the systemic circulation system.
Abstract: A repository device, useful as a collection container, a religious instructional tool and a religious decorative item is disclosed. The repository device consists of a completely enclosed, ovoid-shaped basket having a conventional handle and having a moveable side entry closure in the top portion of the basket. The entry closure is designed to assimilate an ancient tombstone used in ancient times to seal burial tombs.
