Abstract: A gaming machine having an electronic display which displays a plurality of empty drinking cups. A game controller causes the display of a ball and its movement toward and into one of the empty cups. A game play mechanism allows the player to direct the movement of the ball. If the player is successful in movement of a ball into a cup, the cup and the ball is then removed from the display. During play of the game, an amount of sobriety is determined in accord with the number of cups removed by the player. In accordance with the amount of sobriety determined, the cups are displayed in wobbling movement in order to give amusement to the game as well as difficulty in the play.

Abstract: A gaming system that uses multiple ghost reels to trigger a jackpot feature. During the jackpot feature, a gaming system performs a first spin of a jackpot prize reel that includes multiple jackpot prize symbols. After the first spin, each of the displayed jackpot prize symbol replaces a jackpot symbol displayed on the same line of an adjacent first ghost reel. Afterwards, the gaming system performs a second spin of the jackpot prize reel that generates a second set of displayed jackpot prize symbols. The gaming system then replaces the jackpot symbols of an adjacent second ghost reel according to the displayed jackpot prize symbols located on the same line. If the jackpot prize symbols populated on the ghost reels and the jackpot prize reel produces a same line match, the gaming system awards a jackpot prize corresponding to the matched jackpot prize symbol.

The game symbols associated with a first game action are displayed including a numerical prize value. Gameplay includes the selection of game symbols. A gaming machine controller configured to query the gaming data recording device and compute a first total game payout rate based upon the recorded player credit inputs for a first number of rounds of play and compute a second total game payout rate different than the first total game payout rate based on the recorded player credit inputs for a second number of rounds of play. The gaming machine is configured to award the second total game payout rate for a next round of play of the electronic game.
