The hinge assembly includes a first bracket coupled to the cabinet, a second bracket coupled to the display, and at least four pairs of interdigitated members extending between the first bracket and the second bracket. The hinge assembly is selectively expandable and retractable between a retracted position and an expanded position, and the hinge assembly is configured to swing the display from a lowered position to a raised position as the hinge assembly is expanded from the retracted position to the expanded position.

Abstract: An electronic gaming system comprises a first video display, a second video display, and a game controller to select a plurality of symbols from a symbol set for display at respective ones of a plurality of symbol display positions on the first video display. Upon a trigger condition being met, the game controller awards one or more wild symbols to be incorporated into the symbol display independently of selection of the symbols from the symbol set, controls the second video display to display a first portion of a wild symbol awarding animation, and controls the first video display to display a second portion of the wild symbol awarding animation during which one or more animated objects shown in the first portion of the wild symbol awarding animation move to the first video display.

The display of the notification mechanism may be selectively illuminated in a variety of lighting configurations based, for example, upon gameplay activity of a player of the gaming machine. For instance, in some embodiments, the notification mechanism may be selectively illuminated in any of an inactive lighting configuration, an active lighting configuration, or a privileged lighting configuration. In the privileged lighting configuration, the notification mechanism may indicate that a player of the gaming machine is entitled to a complimentary item (e.g., a free or reduced-price item or service).

A gaming data recording device is configured to record gaming related to the player credit inputs. A cast flange surrounds at least a portion of the button deck and is slidably attached and interlocked with the button deck via mating projections and openings. First and second drawer slide assemblies are coupled to the flange and a manually operable push-to release latch mechanism locks and unlocks the slide-out player interface for movement between a retracted position and an extending position relative to a gaming support structure.
