A piston diaphragm pressurably mated with the inner walls of the first chamber and dividing said chamber into an upper and lower chamber, a second coaxially mounted container within said upper chamber such that liquid cannot pass between said second container and said upper chamber. The valve-actuated aerosol package being operative to dispense flowable materials from said upper chamber and said second container separately and simultaneously or as a mixture through a dispensing nozzle.
