Abstract: A multiple wrap label has a first wrap portion extending from a first end and having a first width, and a second wrap portion extending from the first wrap portion to a second end, the second wrap portion having a second width greater than the first width, the second wrap portion extending over and enclosing the first wrap portion when the label is applied to a container.
Abstract: A binder including a front cover including a front cover exterior layer, a front cover interior layer, a front cover base plate between the front cover exterior layer and the front cover interior layer, an exterior pocket formed between the front cover exterior layer and the front cover base plate, and an interior opening formed through the front cover interior layer and the front cover base plate to the exterior pocket. Methods of manufacturing the binder are also disclosed.
Abstract: A label sheet assembly and method is disclosed for improving the process of feeding label sheets through a printer. The label sheet assembly may include a facestock layer and a liner sheet. The facestock layer may include an adhesive layer along at least a portion of a first side and include a label surface along at least a portion of the second side opposite the adhesive layer. The facestock layer may include at least one cut line that defines at least one label within the facestock layer while the remaining portions of the facestock layer may be a matrix portion. The matrix portion may include at least one discontinuous cut line spaced from the cut line that defines at least one label wherein the discontinuous cut line may create a zone of decreased bending stiffness along the label sheet assembly.
Abstract: The present invention includes a label, a label sheet and a method for manufacturing the label. The label includes a paper facestock having first and second surfaces and a layer of pressure sensitive adhesive proximal to the second surface. The label can be adhered to a substrate having pre-applied indicia to cover the indicia and the label is opaque enough to prevent the viewing of the covered indicia while matching the color of the substrate.

Abstract: A storage and display unit comprised of two foldable, slotted units is described. The slots are loaded with flat display items, such as name tags, index cards, and the like. The units may include two tray modules that may be formed into an L-shaped via attachment mechanisms such as snap-fittings, adhesives, and/or magnets. These attachment mechanisms are also useful in forming transportable cube and/or any number of arrangements for a display stand.

Abstract: A printing system and method of printing are provided herein. The printing system may generate custom user designs for printing. The designs may be associated with a selected print medium. The print medium may have a particular layout. The printing system may convert the design for printing on other print media without requiring user alteration or input of the design. In another aspect, the printing system may facilitate printing the designs via local printers and/or via professional printers. Accordingly, printing of designs on different print-receptive media items can be accomplished.

Abstract: Various sheeted articles are described. The articles include one or more banding products such as wristbands or ankle bands. The banding products are securely retained within the sheet articles prior to use by one or more regions of adhesive. Upon removal of the banding products from the sheet, one end of the band (an attachment end) comprises an adhesive to allow attachment to the other end, and the second end including the strap portion is generally free of any adhesive or liner material and the under surface of the second end is substantially formed by the material of the face layer. The articles can also include a collection of removable adhesive backed labels.
Abstract: The inventive assembly incorporates a lanyard assembly that may, in some embodiments, be attachable to badge connector to present a single, unitary connector with a stylized appearance. The ends of the lanyard ribbons are engaged in a manner that creates free space between the edges of the ribbon immediately upon exiting the connector assembly so as to impart resistance to unwanted twisting of the object held by the lanyard assembly and/or the ribbon forming part of it. The object or badge connector associated with the assembly comprises a clip, j-hook, or key ring assembly for easy attachment of a card or card holder.

Abstract: A printable sheet assembly and method provide for feeding cardstock sheets through a printer. The printable sheet assembly may include a first fold region. The first fold region comprises a robust perforated line disposed horizontally across the sheet assembly. The printable sheet assembly may include a second fold region. The second fold region may comprise a second robust perforated line disposed horizontally across the sheet assembly. The sheet assembly may include a product such as a name tag, business card, label, or card formed into the sheet assembly and configured to be processed through a printer device to receive indicia thereon.
Abstract: A label sheet (1) having a release liner (16) and a column of labels (12) releasably adhered thereto is modified to allow easy removal of the labels. The liner has a weakened separation line (30) formed by cuts and ties running underneath a column of labels near the edge of the labels, and notches (18) at the top and bottom of the sheet aligned with the cuts and ties. A matrix (14) surrounding the labels, if present, also has cuts and ties, with the cuts and ties in the matrix parallel to and slightly offset from the cuts and ties in the liner. The separation lines are strong enough that the label sheet can be fed through a printer, yet weak enough that a user can tear off the liner and matrix along the separation lines, thus leaving a minor edge of a column of labels exposed for easy removal from the label sheet.

Abstract: The present disclosure related to a flexible electronic substrate assembly and a method and system of processing solder paste onto an electrical substrate. The assembly includes a flexible substrate having a solderable medium provided along the flexible substrate. A pattern of solder paste may be cured to a portion of the solderable medium. The solderable medium may be a generally continuous construction or a patterned construction relative to the flexible substrate. The substrate may be unwound from a roll of substrate material before solder paste is deposited thereon. The flexible electric substrate assembly may be formed though a roll to roll process. Infrared heat may be applied to the substrate with the solder paste deposit as the substrate is traveling along the process direction to reflow the solder paste as the substrate is traveling along the process direction at a high rate of speed.
