Stable one pack urethane compositions comprising the plasticizer free curing compositions and polyurethane prepolymers are prepared, which exhibit excellent storage stability and overcome many of the drawbacks encountered when using MDA complexes dispersed in plasticizers such as high boiling aromatic and alkyl di-esters.

Said mixture of alkylcarboxylate esters are shown to not only have higher than expected viscosity and exceptional CO2 miscibility, but also possess excellent lubricity, film building properties and load bearing properties even as part of a lubricant/CO2 solution.
