Abstract: A rigid container floor and a container with the same floor are disclosed. A plurality of blind waves (1) are provided in parallel on the rigid container floor (10), and upwards protrude out of the upper surface of the rigid container floor (10). The blind wave (1) includes a first edge and a second edge, with the length of the first edge longer than the length of the second edge. The parts between the first edges of the adjacent blind waves and the parts between the first edges of the blind waves and the first edges of the rigid container floor (10) are flat plate structures. The flat plate structures are connected to the blind waves (1) through waved connecting plates, and the parts between the second edges of the blind waves (1) and the second edges of the rigid container floor (10) are connected to the blind waves (1) through waved connecting plates. The multiple blind waves (1) provided in parallel can increase the strength and reduce the assembly deformation.

Abstract: The present invention provides a container having a bottom frame; the bottom frame includes a pair of bottom side rails, a plurality of cross member and a floor. The pair of bottom side rails are located at both sides of the bottom of the container respectively. The plurality of cross members are located between and connected to the bottom side rails. The floor is laid on the cross members and extends along the longitudinal direction of the container; the floor comprises a first steel floor. The bottom frame further includes a grit discharging structure configured to discharge the grits, collected on the upper surface of the first steel floor after the inner surface and/or the welding seam on the inner surface of the container is shot-blasted, from the container.

Abstract: A locket comprises a connection pin, a lock bracket and a lock rod. A first end of the connection pin is fixed to a first connection. A notch is provided on a sidewall of a second end of the connection pin. The lock bracket is fixed to a second connection. The lock rod is rotatable within the lock bracket between an open position and a closed position. A groove is provided on a sidewall of a first end of the lock rod. The groove of the lock rod accommodates the second end of the connection pin passing through the second connection when the lock rod is open, such that the connection pin is moveable in an axial direction. The first end of the lock rod is accommodated within the notch of the connection pin when the lock rod is closed to prevent the connection pin from moving axially.

The frame comprises a frame body, wherein the frame further comprises an assistant unloading device disposed on the frame body, the assistant unloading device comprises an air bag, a mounting plate, and at least a set of guides; the air bag is fixed to the mounting plate, the guides comprises a guiding tube and a guiding rod, the guiding tube is vertically disposed on the frame body, the guiding rod is inserted into the guiding tube and connected to the mounting plate, and by inflating the air bag, the guiding rod is moved to vertically rise along the guiding tube to perform assistant unloading, thereby the trailer and frame of the disclosure have not only a simple structure, a light mass, and a lower cost, but also an excellent lifting capability and a stable lifting process.

In the container, the underside of the bottom cross beams is free of a location where pests and microorganisms are hidden, thereby eliminating the potential of the pests and microorganisms being attached to the bottom cross beams and spreading everywhere with the container, and meanwhile the investigation of the container is also simplified, contributing to increasing the speed of circulation of containers.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a detachable container comprising a base, side panels, corner posts and a roof panel, wherein the side panels are detachably connected to the base and to the roof panel, the corner posts are located between adjacent side panels and the side panels are detachably connected to the corner posts, respectively. A connection is employed for connecting the side panels with the base, the corner posts and the roof panel of the detachable container according to the present invention. Therefore, in the process of returning empty containers, each of the containers can be detached and form a whole piece, so as to reduce the space occupied. In addition, a modularized design may be employed for each component of the detachable container, so as to achieve universality of components of the container. Furthermore, this detachable container also has the advantages of convenient assembly, simple structure, etc.

Abstract: A glass-fiber reinforced plastic pipe comprises a pipe body and an inner core fixedly provided on an inner wall of the pipe body, wherein an upper end of the inner core is lower than an upper end of the pipe body, so that a first heat-insulating space is formed between the upper ends of the inner core and the pipe body, and a lower end of the inner core is higher than a lower end of the pipe body, so that a second heat-insulating space is formed between the lower ends of the inner core and the pipe body. Due to the inner core as a reinforce structure, the shear resistance strength of the glass-fiber reinforced plastic pipe is improved without increasing the thickness of the pipe wall, and furthermore the mechanical performance of a supporting device of the cryogenic pressure vessel is improved.

The locking mechanism comprises a lock rod constructed such that it can rotate between a first opening position and a first locking position; a locking member, one end of which is fixedly connected to the lock rod, and the other end of which can cooperate with a door of the container when the locking mechanism is mounted onto the container, the locking member can separate from the door when the lock rod rotates to the first opening position, and the locking member can lock the door when the lock rod rotates to the first locking position; a slide block capable of reciprocating movement; and a first drive linkage, one end of which is connected to the slide block, and the other end of which is fixedly connected to the lock rod, wherein the reciprocating movement of the slide block can drive the lock rod to rotate between the first opening position and the first locking position through the first drive linkage.
