  • Patent number: 9181979
Abstract: A hybrid type permanent magnet bearing system which utilizes four permanent magnet rings to replace the mechanical bearings. These rings are divided into two separated groups along an axis, where each group has an inner ring and a separated outer ring. At least one permanent magnet ring has a surface facing the gap between the two groups but being not vertical to the axis. Hence, inside the gap, the magnetic field between these permanent magnet rings is not non-uniform over different directions, and then it may behave as the axial and radical bearing simultaneously.

  • Patent number: 9176040
Abstract: An apparatus and a method for measuring fluid viscosity are revealed. An inlet end of a container is larger than an outlet end of the container. A fluid flows through the outlet end at a flow rate. A volume of the fluid flowing out of the outlet end is measured by a graduated cylinder while the time taken for the fluid to flow through the outlet end is measured by a timer. The flow rate is associated with the volume and the time of the fluid and the viscosity of the fluid is obtained according to a density and a pressure gradient of the fluid, an outlet end radius and the flow rate. The apparatus has simple structure, easy operation and maintenance. Moreover, less space is required and the apparatus cost is low. Therefore, the testability is improved, the measurement time is reduced, and the convenience in use is enhanced.

  • Patent number: 9177665
Abstract: The present invention relates to a write and read circuit for an anti-fuse non-volatile memory, and especially for an OTP (one-time-program) NOI (Non-overlapped implementation) MOSFET memory device. The NOI MOSFET memory device can be written with a programming bit by using anti-fuse technique through the write circuit of the present invention. To accomplish the bit-programming process, the write circuit applies a high voltage to the Drain terminal of the NOI MOSFET memory device for carrying out a punch through breakdown between the Drain terminal and the Source terminal of the NOI MOSFET memory device, and then the programming bit is written into a side wall adjacent the gate terminal of the NOI MOSFET memory device. Therefore, the programming bit stored in the NOI MOSFET memory device can also be read out by using the read circuit of the present invention.
