Abstract: An oral care implement having a handle, and a head having a main body that is coupled to the handle. The head may include a release component coupled to the main body. The release component may include a water-dissolvable matrix comprising a first polymer having a processing temperature greater than or equal to 150° C. The oral care implement may include a plurality of tooth cleaning elements. A method of forming an oral care implement which includes injection molding a composition comprising a graft polymer onto a head of an oral care implement at a temperature equal to or greater than 130° C. to form a water-dissolvable polymer matrix.

Abstract: A personal care implement having a handle which includes a first rigid portion, a second rigid portion, and an elastomeric portion located therebetween. The first and second rigid portions may have end portion with first and second tabs. The elastomeric portion has a front surface, a rear surface, and a peripheral surface that extends between the front and rear surfaces. A first groove may be formed between the first tab of the first rigid portion and the first tab of the second rigid portion. A second groove may be formed between the second tab of the first rigid portion and the second tab of the second rigid portion. A first portion of the peripheral surface of the elastomeric portion may form a floor of the first groove and a second portion of the peripheral surface of the elastomeric portion may form a floor of the second groove.
Abstract: A dispenser (10) for holding and dispensing consumable products (300). The dispenser may include a first component (100) having a storage cavity (103) containing a plurality of consumable products, a closer member (150) that closes an open end (104) of the storage cavity, and a second component (200) pivotably coupled to the first component for dispensing one of the consumable products at a time. The closure member has a dispensing aperture (160) so that one of the consumable products can fit therethrough and pass onto a cup-shaped member (250) of the second component. Then, the closure member can be altered from a closed state to an open state so that a user can remove the one of the consumable products from the cup-shaped member of the second component. A blocker arm (260) protrudes from the cup-shaped member to prevent additional ones of the consumable products from being dispensed when the second component is in the open state.
Abstract: Disclosed herein are oral care compositions comprising hemp seed oil and caprylyl glycol. In certain embodiments, the oral care composition optionally further comprises one or more ingredients selected from hyaluronic acid and aloe vera. Methods of making and using the compositions are also provided.

Abstract: Personal care compositions for improving the appearance and/or health of skin are provided herein. Each of the plurality of spectral channels may allow transmission of a corresponding wavelength. The device may include a processor (1100) configured to identify the detected plurality of spectral channels of the spectral image relating to the oral cavity. Based on the detected plurality of spectral channels, the processor may cause the light source to adjust the light emitted within or about the oral cavity to modify a signal to noise ratio and/or an image calibration of a subsequent spectral image. The matrix array multispectral sensor may capture the subsequent spectral image relating the oral cavity in the adjusted emitted light.
