Abstract: An exercise device for allowing a user to obtain a full body workout includes an innermost tubular member and an outermost tubular member, the tubular members fitted together and longitudinally and slidably movable in a telescoping manner relative to each other during the workout, a chamber within the outermost tubular member, the chamber receiving a compressible gas that provides resistance to relative movement of the tubular members, a collar between the innermost tubular member and the outermost tubular member, a lower limb connector attachment mounted to an end of one of the innermost or outermost tubular members for attachment to a lower limb of a user, and a gripping area at or near an opposite end of the other of the innermost and outermost tubular members to the lower limb connector attachment to stretch and strengthen the user's body muscles during the workout.

Abstract: A trashcan includes a trash bag that has a top end that defines a mouth and a body having a surrounding wall and a top edge that defines a mouth. A bag engaging portion is formed in the surrounding wall proximate the top edge of the body. The bag engaging portion is at least substantially aligned with a surface of said surrounding wall. A portion of the trash bag is inserted through the bag engaging portion of the body. The bag engaging portion includes a plurality of at least four fingers extending away from a center of the bag engaging portion, and the fingers do not include pointed ends all converging toward a common point.

Abstract: An exercise device is provided for enabling a user to obtain a full body workout. By attaching the device at selected positions on the hands, feet, arms, legs, or torso, different muscle groups of a user's body can be isolated for training and strengthening purposes. The exercise device includes two or more pieces of tubing material fitted together in a telescoping manner. Pressurized air within the tubing provides a user with resistance to movement in order to tone and strengthen the muscles. At one end of the telescoping tubing material is a handgrip and at the other end is a strap of a suitable resilient or elastic material that allows a user to securely place a foot or hand in for exercise purposes.

Abstract: Making a food serving tray assembly includes molding a serving platter and a receptacle platter. The serving platter includes a disposal opening and serving wells for receiving food items. The receptacle platter and serving platter releasably couple to one another in a serving configuration and a transport configuration. An improvement includes the serving platter having an outer peripheral wall having a first height and dividing walls defining and separating the serving wells, each of the dividing walls being approximately equal to the first height. The peripheral wall of the receptacle platter has a third height and a bottom of the receptacle platter defines a plurality of dividers having a fourth height substantially less than the third height. When the serving platter is received within the receptacle platter, each of the dividers aligns with and engages a respective dividing wall such that two wells are isolated and sealed off from one another.

Abstract: A bedding accessory for storing a plurality of articles in the space fully beneath a bed frame includes a sheet portion, a side portion appended to an edge of the sheet portion, and storage compartments formed on the side portion. The sheet portion is placed in substantially covering relation to an upper surface of a mattress support structure. The side portion is arranged to hang downwardly from the sheet portion adjacent the space beneath the bed frame. Each storage compartment is configured to retain at last one article therein and is comprised of an outer panel facing outwardly away from the bed frame and an inner panel facing inwardly toward the space beneath the bed frame. The inner and outer panels of each storage compartment jointly define an opening for receipt of an article, and the compartment substantially retains the article in the space fully beneath the bed frame.

Abstract: A food tray assembly includes a serving platter and a receptacle platter. The serving platter has a central aperture extending there through and a serving area defined between the central aperture and a perimeter thereof. The receptacle platter has a bottom and a peripheral wall extending from the bottom at a perimeter thereof. The serving platter and the receptacle platter are releasably coupled to one another.

Abstract: A quad wrench has a head including an internal guide, first and second crowns separated by said internal guide, each of said first and second crowns having a plurality of interior faces, and first and second bolt receiving spaces, each bolt receiving space being at least partially defined by an outer surface of said internal guide and some of said plurality of interior faces, and a shank connected to said head. Each bolt receiving space of each crown is configured to correspond to both a first certain size of bolt and a second certain size of bolt such that a bolt of either certain size received in the bolt receiving space can be rotated when force is applied to the shank, and each bolt receiving space of the quad wrench is configured to correspond to two different certain sizes of bolts.

Abstract: A modular table tennis game includes a plurality of paddles, a table tennis ball, and an adjustable table, or multiple adjustable tables. The tables may be mounted on a support system such as a tripod or other support structure that allows the tables to be adjusted in height and tilt. The top of the tables may have an opening or openings larger than the table tennis ball penetrating therethrough.

Abstract: A rotary wrenching tool used on polygonal nuts, bolts and screws is disclosed. More particularly, the wrenching tool is a single piece rotary wrenching tool with a uniform interior having no moving parts and consisting of six or twelve inwardly projecting lobes of the same size that enable the wrench or socket to exert pressure on the flats of hexagonal objects away from the corners. This invention further relates to a duplex wrench operable on hexagonal fasteners measured by the metric, inch, or both systems. Within a defined range in one wrench, each wrench secures hexagonal objects measured by both inch and metric systems.

Abstract: A stroller for transporting a child includes a wheeled frame including at least two base rails interconnected by a cylindrical hub, a spine, and a bracing linkage. A basket attaches to the spine, confining the child and supporting a seat ring. The seat ring includes upper and lower connected concentric arcs having different radii and supports a seat back on its lower arc. The seat back reclines, and the seat ring rotates from center. A seat base is supported on the frame and includes a platform movable between an extended position disposed inside the seat ring and a retracted position withdrawn from the seat ring. The stroller permits the child to be safely and comfortably transported in a standing, seated, or reclined position.

Abstract: The improved low cost cup and container for storing and dispensing liquids has a scoop-like-baffle that separates the body of the cup with the mouth opening of the cover. It resists spilling when shaken or vibrated suddenly. When the improved cup and container is tilted for pouring, such that the liquid level inside the storage chamber of the cup chamber is higher than the liquid level at the mouth opening, no liquid pours out of the cup. The liquid starts to flow out of the mouth opening after the cup is tilted beyond a start-to-pour angle. The start-to-pour angle is reached when the cup is tilted permitting the outside air to pass through the scoop-like-baffle and into the storage chamber. The improved cup has a removable cover with a scoop-like-baffle bended downward toward the body of the cup.

Abstract: A collapsible pan includes a base portion, a plurality of side portions, and a flexible connector for connecting each of the side portions to the base portion along edges thereof. Each of the plurality of side portions is configured to be pivotable relative to the base portion, thereby permitting adjustment between a use configuration, whereby each of the plurality of side portions is arranged generally upright relative to the base portion, and a collapsed configuration, whereby each of the plurality of side portions is arranged to lay generally flat relative to the base portion.

Abstract: An apparatus for securely holding and protecting a layout of elements includes a portfolio having a first cover and a first overlay. The first overlay and the first cover are releasably cohered together, preferably utilizing magnetic forces. A loose arrangement of elements can be secured to a work surface of the first cover using the first overlay for safe storage and transport. The apparatus is used in rubber stamping design, stained-glass design, and quilting design.

Abstract: A writing instrument for use by a grader comprises an elongate, tubular housing, a writing component secured within the housing and operative to make marks on a surface, and a calculation assembly comprised of electronic components. The calculation assembly is retained within the housing and includes a plurality of data entry devices for entering data used to calculate a grade, the data entry devices being accessible by the grader through an exterior surface of the housing; a processing device programmed to receive data from the plurality of data entry devices and calculate the grade based on the entered data by performing division; and a display component for displaying to the grader the grade calculated by the processing device. A method of grading comprises using the writing instrument.
