Publication number: 20110284343Abstract: The invention relates to a system for the surface treatment of objects, comprising a treatment cabinet having an entry and an exit and a conveyor system comprising pulling or pushing means, by means of which an object can be conveyed in circulation in a transport direction through the treatment cabinet, thereby covering a transport distance. The object provides a transport length in the transport direction associated therewith, and the pulling or pushing means provide a drive distance in the transport direction. The conveyor system comprises a coupling device, by means of which the object can be coupled to the pulling or pushing means along the drive distance. The drive distance is shorter than the transport length of the object in the transport direction, and the coupling device is aligned so that the transport distance that can be covered by the object is longer than the drive distance.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 17, 2009Publication date: November 24, 2011Applicant: EISENMANN AGInventors: Juergen Heim, Eckard Riemrich

Publication number: 20110265680Abstract: The invention relates to a device for transferring a transport car which can be displaced on a track system from a first track section of the track system that is arranged on a first level, to a second track section of the track system that is arranged on a second level different from the first level. The device comprises at least one first and one second transfer carriage which can carry at least one respective transport car to be transferred and which can be displaced in opposite directions on two different levels. The invention further relates to a conveyor system for transporting articles.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 27, 2009Publication date: November 3, 2011Applicant: EISENMANN AGInventors: Jean-Marc Huguenin, Alexander Schurba

Publication number: 20110226127Abstract: In a method for removing solids from overspray produced when painting objects, the overspray is absorbed by an air flow and is conducted to a deposition surface, across which a deposition liquid flows and where a large part of at least the solids is transferred into the deposition liquid, is discharged by said deposition liquid, and is removed from the liquid by means of a deposition process. A deposition liquid is used and disclosed which comprises a detackifying medium and an optional suspending fluid, paint overspray particles being detackified using the detackifying medium.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 13, 2009Publication date: September 22, 2011Applicant: EISENMANN AGInventors: Guenther Dingler, Erwin Hihn, Werner Swoboda, Michael Schlipf

Publication number: 20110219993Abstract: The invention relates to a method for operating a system for producing bioethanol, wherein organic waste products of the production process, particularly DGS and DDGS, are combusted and the useful heat is fed back into the system itself. The combustion process takes place in a fluidized bed oven. All areas in which the combustion process takes place have sufficient heat removed that the melting point of the ash of the waste product, particularly 70° C., is not exceeded at any point. In this manner, a fine-grained ash forms and largely mixes into the fluidized bed and is easily disposed of. The useful heat is obtained partially from the flue gas arising from the combustion, and partially from the heat extracted from the combustion process for maintaining the maximum temperature.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 17, 2009Publication date: September 15, 2011Applicant: EISENMANN AGInventors: Kersten Link, Uwe Neumann

Publication number: 20110203459Abstract: A device for separating paint overspray from the cabin exhaust air of painting systems which is laden with overspray comprises at least one separating surface, on which the cabin exhaust air can be guided along and which is connected to a pole of a high voltage source. An electrode device arranged in the air stream is associated with the separating surface and connected to the other pole of the high voltage source. The separated paint overspray is transported away from the separating surface with a separating fluid, which flows over the separating surface from top to bottom. A discharge device having a channel open at the top is present, from which said fed separating fluid exits along the longitudinal extension of said discharge device when the level of the separating fluid in the channel exceeds an exit level, and reaches the separating surface such that the separating fluid flows downward on the separating surface as a substantially adhering layer.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 13, 2009Publication date: August 25, 2011Applicant: EISENMANN AGInventors: Werner Swoboda, Erwin Hihn, Kersten Link, Gert Eberhard Kocher

Publication number: 20110186358Abstract: The invention relates to a device for continuously weighing powdered media in a tank, particularly paint powder in a storage tank, comprising a weighing unit having a measurement field on which a compressive force can be exerted, and by which an output signal representing the compressive force exerted on the measurement field can be generated. A guiding device allows forced motion of the tank having a vertical directional component. The tank can further be coupled to the weighing unit by forces by means of a coupling device, so that a compressive force that is dependent on the weight of the tank acts on the measurement field of the weighing unit when the tank is coupled to the weighing unit.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 22, 2009Publication date: August 4, 2011Applicant: EISENMANN AGInventor: Erwin Hihn

Publication number: 20110154988Abstract: A device for separating paint overspray from the cabin exhaust air of painting systems which is laden with overspray comprises at least one separating surface, on which the cabin exhaust air can be guided along and which is electrically conducting and connected to a pole of a high voltage source. An electrode device arranged in the air stream is associated with the separating surface and connected to the other pole of the high voltage source. Paint overspray is transported away from the separating surface by an electrically conducting separating fluid, which can be fed to the separating surface and flows over the separating surface so that a large part at least of the solids pass from the cabin exhaust air flowing past into the separating fluid.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 22, 2009Publication date: June 30, 2011Applicant: EISENMANN AGInventors: Werner Swoboda, Erwin Hihn

Publication number: 20110146569Abstract: An apparatus for deposition of lacquer overspray from the used cabin air of painting facilities laden with overspray comprises electrode apparatus and/or several regions of an electrode apparatus allocated to several different deposition surfaces. The several electrode apparatus and/or regions of one and the same electrode apparatus can be charged with high voltage independently of each other. This achieves not only an energy savings but also fault locating in the high voltage range is simplified and emergency operation in case of a breakdown in the high-voltage range is made possible.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 13, 2009Publication date: June 23, 2011Applicant: EISENMANN AGInventors: Jan Reichler, Werner Swoboda
