Abstract: A check method of worm gears includes the following steps: identification of a real profile (PR) of a worm gear to be checked; scanning of the real profile (PR) in such a way to obtain a measured profile (PM), filtering of the measured profile (PM) with a low pass filter in such a way to obtain a primary profile (PP), filtering of the primary profile (PP) with a high pass filter in such a way to obtain a surface analysis profile (SA), calculation of three parameters (SAa; SAq; SAp) from said surface analysis profile (SA) and comparison of the three parameters (SAa; SAq; SAp) with preset threshold values (TSa; TSq; TSp) in such a way to reject the worm gear when at least one of the parameters exceeds the corresponding threshold value.

Abstract: A column for equipment for stacking and transporting piled-up and vertically separated articles includes a plurality of superimposed swingable brackets suitable to support the articles and associated to respective counter-weights. The central section of each of the brackets has a pair of ears for a pivot pin and a pair of stop fins inserted in respective grooves provided for on the body of the column. The rear section of each of the brackets is provided with at least one lateral appendage coupled with two counter-weights one of which is connected to the lateral appendage of the underlying bracket and the other of which is connected to the lateral appendage of the overlying bracket.

Abstract: A system for controlling a variable-ratio transmission is mounted on an apparatus (1) and associated with an actuator (2) for changing the transmission ratio, as well as operating means (3) for applying an input driving force to the transmission with a periodic action of given frequency. The system comprises first sensor means (5) which are sensitive to the driving force and can generate a respective first signal, second sensor means (6) which are sensitive to the spreed of operation of the apparatus (1) and can generate a respective second signal, as well as a control device (4) which is sensitive to the first and second signals and can control the actuator (2) in dependence on the first and second signals. The control device (4) is configured to determine, from the first and second signals, a reference signal indicative or a reference value of the frequency (CR).

Abstract: A seat has a shell structure (2) which is rigid, as a whole. On a side of the shell structure which is intended to receive the driver's body, there are one or more inflatable cushions (4a, 5a). With the present invention, the possibility of varying the inflation pressure of the cushions (4a, 5a selectively during movement of the vehicle is also envisioned.

Abstract: A combination gift (a surprise) and its casing are disclosed which are formed essentially as a single unit, for example of molded plastic material. After the combination's formation, the gift, or its constituent parts, can be folded into the casing which is then closed. Furthermore, forming the combination as a single unit enables the packaging of the unit to be carried out completely automatically.

Abstract: The machine comprises essentially a substantially belt-like endless conveyor provided with plates having cells to which the bodies to be wrapped are supplied individually. The cells with the bodies housed therein are covered by a wrapping sheet which is supplied continuously and is subsequently cut to form an individual wrapping sheet portion for each body. The unit constituted by each body and its respective wrapping sheet portion is turned over and transferred by a thrusting action exerted on the body to a drum provided with gripping jaws and associated folding members. An intermediate, generally tubular wrapper with two end parts and a central part in which the body is situated is thus formed. The two end parts are acted on by rotary pincers provided with pairs of clamping fingers for forming bow-like twists in the ends.The preferred application is for wrapping food products such as sweets and the like.

Abstract: A chocolate bar is disclosed which comprises a chocolate base, at least one first wafer sheet placed on the chocolate base and having an interconnecting web and a plurality of hollow projections extending from the wafer sheet web on the side opposite the chocolate base. The chocolate bar further includes an anhydrous creamy filling housed in the cavities of the projections and a coating of chocolate deposited on the outer surface of the wafer sheet.

Abstract: A package for food products, comprises a flat base constituting a support formation for a food product, a generally trough-shaped transparent cover which can be fitted to cover the product with its open edge resting on the flat base, and a flexible transparent wrapper which can envelop the flat base and the transparent cover. The flat base has appendages which can project beyond the open edge of the cover and are selectively orientable between a packaging position in which the appendages are folded against the transparent cover, and a consumption position in which, the wrapper having been removed, the appendages extend outwardly from the flat base.

Abstract: The device is intended for the manufacture of food products made by joining together first and second wafers, in which at least the first wafer includes a substantially flat core portion with a region having a distinct perimeter in which cell parts are provided for receiving a filling. The device comprises a peripheral frame having an end edge for supporting the wafer provided with cell parts in correspondence with said distinct perimeter. A plurality of clamping members associated with the peripheral frame are able to pivot relative to the frame between a closed position in which they extend at least partially to cover the end edge and can clamp the first wafer and/or the two joined wafers on the device, and an open position, in which it allows wafers to be inserted into and removed from the device itself.
