Abstract: Disclosed is an awning assembly for a recreational vehicle. The awning assembly includes an awning that is configured to be extended from a sidewall of the recreational vehicle to provide shade. A rug is removably mounted to one edge of the awning. In use, the rug is removed from the awning and positioned on the ground below the awning to serve as a ground covering. When not being used, the rug is attached to the awning and stored with the awning in an awning housing to save space.
Abstract: A system for merging text with distributed multimedia information comprising a processor, a network interface, a display, and a memory. The memory is configured to cause said processor to receive a request in said browser application to present said distributed multimedia information; launch said multimedia file presentation application; validate said distributed multimedia information; pass a pointer to said distributed multimedia information to said media command interrupt layer; and display said multimedia information.
Abstract: A shoe construction for supporting an inner sole providing a plurality of spaced-apart pedestal sole support areas. Each pedestal support area is partially stabilized by adjacent supporting walls which walls have reduced height areas close to the support area. Partial stability provides adequate support for the active shoe wearer while at the same time permitting the pedestal support areas to move within a limited area or orbit.
Abstract: An improved travel trailer chassis that has a main section, which is connected to the axles of the wheels, a first elevated section that is connected to a forward end of the main section and is elevated above the main section and a second elevated section that is connected to a forward end of the first elevated section and is elevated above the first elevated section. The first elevated section is configured to receive a floor and fixtures to support a bathroom. A trunk space for storage is defined by a floor that extends forward from the main section of the chassis underneath the first elevated section of the chassis. One or more sewage tanks are mounted to the first elevated section of the chassis immediately beneath and substantially adjacent the floor of the bathroom supporting the fixtures. A drain assembly extends through the trunk space to an exhaust positioned outside of the trailer.
Abstract: A liner retaining bracket for an above-ground swimming pool is constructed and arranged for simultaneously and conjointly attaching the pool liner to the upper edge of a retaining wall and interlocking with an adjacent supporting upright. Use of the liner retaining bracket facilitates assembly of above-ground swimming pools while enhancing its structural integrity.
Abstract: An ornamental floating apparatus for use in a swimming pool comprises a first buoyant body, preferably in the form of a water lily, and a second, nonbuoyant body, which is below the first body and supported by it so that it is stable, moving about a horizontal axis when the first body moves about a horizontal axis, as due to agitation of the water in the swimming pool. The second body may be connected either by a substantially rigid post, or by a pair of flexible strands, preferably monofilament. The second bodies are in the form of fishes, relatively large fishes being supported by the flexible strands, and relatively smaller fishes being supported by the posts. The ornamental body is preferably in the form of a water lily, and has a plurality of petal-simulating elements thereon, with a cup in the center of the elements for supporting a candle, the cup having a stem extending through holes in the elements and into the body.
