Abstract: A backpack type working machine has a main unit including a power source and a backpack band detachably attached to the main unit, for a worker to backpack the main unit and perform an operation. The back pack has a pad member including a belt-like cushion material and a belt-like band body extending along the pad member. The band body includes an upper end belt-like part branched from an upper end part of the pad member and an upper end joint for connecting the upper end belt-like part to the main unit. The main unit has an attachment for attaching thereto the upper end joint. When the upper end joint is attached to the attachment, the upper end part of the pad member comes into contact with the main unit from a worker side and is held downward.

  • Patent number: 8123505
Abstract: An objective is to provide a reciprocating pump kept from lowering its performances, while restraining the cost from increasing. Collars 14, 20, 21 made of a material more excellent in resistance to corrosion than a manifold 3 are interposed between the manifold 3 and sealing members 10, 22, 23 for liquid-tightly sealing the manifold 3, so as to prevent the parts in contact with the sealing members 10, 22, 23 from being corroded by a liquid for use, and fully exhibit sealing functions, thereby preventing leakage from occurring in a pump chamber 4 and the pressure oscillation from being increased by the leakage, while the collars 14, 20, 21 made of the material excellent in resistance to leakage are used only in the parts in contact with the sealing members 10, 22, 23.

  • Publication number: 20110179653
Abstract: A chain saw an operator can easily strain a saw chain is provided. In the chain saw 1, the tension of a saw chain 6 attached around the outer edge of a guiding bar 4 can be adjusted appropriately by adjusting the force transmitted to a connecting unit 24 during operation of a hand guard 40. Thus, the saw chain 6 can be easily strained at great tension without use of a strong coil spring.

  • Publication number: 20110027106
Abstract: A reciprocating pump is provided that does not leak working liquid to the exterior. A communicating tube 14 extends over both a first manifold 4 and a second manifold 5 such that a reciprocating member 1 constitutes a part of a reciprocating cylinder 2. An auxiliary O-ring 24 is disposed on connection surfaces 13a and 13b of a first manifold 4 and a second manifold 5 outside of the communicating tube 14 in the radial direction so that liquid leaking from at least one of a first O-ring 15 between the first manifold 4 and the periphery of the communicating tube 14 and a second O-ring 16 between the second manifold 5 and the periphery of the communicating tube 14 toward the exterior is blocked.

  • Publication number: 20100000053
Abstract: An object is to provide a potable blower grip which can sufficiently reduce vibration and can lessen the worker's fatigue fully. A soft material grip 2, attached to a handle 1 of a portable blower 100 and held by a worker P has a corrugation 2X and the corrugation 2X is arranged so as to face in the vertical direction V, when the portable blower 100 is tilted forward to take a working posture, and thus the weight of the portable blower 100 is applied to one hand at the time of working via the corrugation 2X which faces in the vertical direction V. Accordingly, the crushing of the corrugation 2X is prevented and also the contact area between the grip 2 and the hand is minimized by the corrugation 2X to sufficiently reduce the vibration transferred to the hand.

  • Publication number: 20090257897
Abstract: The present invention provides a pump having a compact and lightweight design, which enables an improvement in pump efficiency and a reduction in noise. The pump comprises a manifold having a pump chamber, a suction port for sucking fluid from the outside to the inside of the manifold, a discharge port for discharging fluid from the inside to the outside of the manifold, a suction valve which is provided between a suction port and a pump chamber, and opens and closes a flow path of fluid to the pump chamber, and a discharge valve which is provided between the pump chamber and the discharge port, and opens and closes a flow path of fluid from the pump chamber. Furthermore, the suction port, the suction valve, the discharge valve and the discharge port are arranged coaxially, thereby the fluid does not meet unnecessary resistance, the fluid is made to flow smoothly, pump efficiency can be improved, noise can be reduced, and the structure of the manifold can be simplified and made compact and lightweight.

  • Publication number: 20090123303
Abstract: The reciprocating pump for performing a pumping action by reciprocating an individual reciprocating member inside a plurality of cylinder sections arranged in parallel includes a seal case in which a cylinder section is formed and which functions as an independent pressure-resistant container; and a suction valve and a discharge valve in which a valve chamber is formed individually and each of which functions as an independent pressure-resistant container. The suction valve and the discharge valve are coupled so as to sandwich two planar sections from a direction perpendicular to a direction in which a plurality of cylinder sections are arranged in parallel in a state in which each of the suction valve and the discharge valve abuts against the respective one of the two planar sections of an external surface of a small diameter section at a front end side formed in the seal case, and the valve chamber is communicatively connected to the cylinder section.

  • Publication number: 20070237651
Abstract: An objective is to provide a reciprocating pump apparatus which can change a position where an adaptor to be fixed to a support is attached, while having a simple form. In a reciprocating pump apparatus 10 having a crankshaft 14 directly connected to an output shaft of a driving source, positions of bolts 22a to 22d for fixing a bearing case 20 for closing an open end part of a crankcase 16 to the crankcase are determined such that an adaptor 40 for fixing the reciprocating pump apparatus to a support 58 is fastened to the crankcase together with the bearing case in a positionally changeable fashion. Since the position of the adaptor is changeable, the degree of freedom in the layout of apparatus improves in this structure. Also, since bolts for fixing a manifold to the crankcase are utilized for attaching the adaptor, a simple form is attained.

  • Publication number: 20060222498
Abstract: An impeller 10 for a centrifugal blower 3 is of a closed type and comprises a first molded part 18 and a second molded part 20. The first part is formed by integrally molding a side plate 14, vanes 16, and a circular base 26 having a smaller area than a central opening 22 formed in the side plate. The second part acts as a main plate 12, having a boss section 24 formed with a recess section 30 into which the circular base is fitted. The impeller can be formed by joining the first and second parts together to form a single body, by fastening both of the circular base and the boss section to the rotating shaft 8 of a drive source 4 in a state where the circular base is fitted into the recess section.
