  • Patent number: 10913693
Abstract: The present application belongs to the field of energetic compounds, and particularly relates to the use of a perovskite-type compound ABX3 as an energetic material. As a finding of the present application, the structural characteristics of the perovskite type enables the type of compound to be highly stable, thus overcoming the unsafety of an explosive having poor stability in the prior art. Meanwhile, the structural characteristics of the compound, such as rich energetic ligands, as well as the alternately arranged oxidizing energetic anions and reducing organic cations in the space, endow the compound with excellent performance on instantaneously releasing energy at detonation. The resulting three-dimensional structure allows the compound to not only have an energetic material effect but also overcome shortcomings of some existing energetic materials.

  • Patent number: 9588370
Abstract: A display device is disclosed. The display device includes a display and a diffractive optical element (DOE). The display is used to show an image. When a user looks at the image within a first viewing angle range, he can see a first observed image, and when he looks at the image within a second viewing angle range, he can see a second observed image. The diffractive optical element is disposed in the lighting direction of the display to diffract the light constructing the first observed image to the second viewing angle range, thereby converting the first observed image into a third observed image and converting the second observed image into a fourth observed image at the same time.

  • Patent number: 9011064
Abstract: A device and method for holding a substrate, e.g., a semiconductor wafer, during a process, e.g., a liquid meniscus process, the substrate having a first side and a second side. The device includes one or more holding components, e.g., fingers, configured to contact a second side of the substrate without significantly contacting the first side of the substrate. At least one of the holding components may be configured to be moved during the process so as to prevent the at least one holding components from effecting the process, e.g., contacting the liquid meniscus. Such an arrangement may be employed when the substrate includes a top side having at least one structure or feature thereon, it being desirable that the holding components avoid contact with the structures or features during the process.
