    Abstract: A ball screw capable of thermal dissipation is formed of a screw rod, a screw nut, and a plurality of balls mounted between the screw rod and the screw nut. The screw nut includes a mounting surface. A thermoelectric cooler is mounted to the screw nut and includes a heat-absorptive surface and a heat-dissipative surface. The heat-absorptive surface is adhered to the mounting surface. Accordingly, the ball screw can cool the heat down and is structurally simple and the whole weight is not increased due to the thermoelectric cooler.

    Abstract: A color degradation compensation method is provided. The color degradation compensation method includes the steps as follows. Two images are captured by an image capturing device, wherein the two images have an overlapped area. A calculating procedure is constructed. At least one position in the overlapped area is selected and color values of a plurality of points in the position on each of the two images are read, wherein the points of each image are corresponded to the same position in the overlapped area. A ratio of the two color values is calculated. A degradation standard deviation of the two color values is calculated by the calculating procedure. The color values of the two images are calibrated to compensated color values through the calculating procedure in accordance with the degradation standard deviation.

    Abstract: A ball screw is formed of a screw rod, two screw nuts, a link, a plurality of balls, and at least two parallelism sensors. The screw nuts are sleeved onto the screw rod and are connected with each other via a link to define a spiral path therebetween. The spiral path is linked with an internal circulatory passage of each screw nut for receiving a plurality of balls. The two parallelism sensors are oppositely mounted between the two screw nuts and surround the screw rod for sensing the preload between the two screw nuts to figure out whether the parallelism of the screw rod after the assembly is deviated or not. In this way, monitoring the voltage value outputted from the parallelism sensors can monitor the parallelism of the screw rod in real time after the assembly.

    Abstract: A ball screw capable of sensing a torque in real time includes a screw rod, a screw nut sleeved onto the screw rod, a plurality of balls mounted between the screw rod and the screw nut, and a torque sensor haying a first fastening portion and a second fastening portion. The first fastening portion is fixed to a working bench and the second fastening portion is fixed to the screw nut, so the torque sensor can sense how much the torque is while the screw out is driving a working bench to move. In light of this structure, monitoring the voltage value outputted by the torque sensor can sense the torque generated while the working screw rod is working.

The energy based pulsed generator receives a clock signal and outputs the gate voltage signal according to the load output of the bi-directional converter when the clock signal is at a high level. Accordingly, the switching mode power supply achieves a hybrid of PWM and PFM, depending on the energy demand of the load output, for a fast transient response and a small voltage ripple whilst improving power efficiency over a wide load range.

    Abstract: A band saw machine includes a working bench, a driving wheel mounted to the working bench, a driven wheel mounted to the working bench, and a band saw running on the driving and driven wheels. A storage member and a hydraulic cylinder connected with the storage member are mounted to the working bench. The hydraulic cylinder includes a piston rod for pushing against the driven wheel to make the driven wheel tighten the band saw while moving relative to the driving wheel. A force sensor is mounted between the piston rod and the driven wheel for sensing the tension of the band saw and emitting a sensing signal to a control system. In this way, the control system can receive the sensing signal and controllably making the storage member supply oil to the cylinder body according to the sensing signal to force the piston rod to elongate.

The local boost circuit is connected to a low working voltage line, when input data of the time borrowing circuit lags behind a positive level of said all-domain clock signal, the time borrowing circuit delays fetching data by a flip flop and changes state to produce a warning signal, so that the local boost circuit disconnects its connection with said low working voltage line, and is connected electrically to a high working voltage line.

    Abstract: A single-inductor multi-output (SIMO) conversion device for enlarging load range is disclosed. The SIMO conversion device comprises a power stage comprising a first switch and a second switch and receiving a direct-current (DC) current. A DC voltage source inputs the DC current to an inductor by timing of the first and second switches. Each control output circuit has a third switch connected with the inductor in series to receive an immediate current. The control output circuit sends out an output voltage selectively by the third switch. A control stage circuit receives a plurality of feedback voltage signals and selectively controls the order of adjusting energy of the output voltages by order control signals. The present invention uses a current sensing circuit to obtain the immediate current and switches control signals to establish the best order thereof according to different loads.

The biochip comprises an upper module, a lower module, and a chemical sensor. The piezoelectric element is integrated within the upper module of the biochip. The piezoelectric element can generate ultrasonic standing waves (USW) in the reaction chamber of the biochip by manipulating the operation frequency so the particles being detected can effectively move toward the QCM sensing surface. Hence, the biochip significantly increases the sensitivity and reduces the time required to reach equilibrium when undergoing USW excitation. The biochip of the present invention can be broadly applied to the bio-detection in medical and pharmaceutical fields.

First, an input image is transmitted to an image processing device for producing a synthesized blur image including a nonlinear image sensing function according to a pixel intensity distribution parameter of the input image. Next, the image processing device matches the pixel intensity distribution according to the input image and the synthesized blur image for producing a blur degree parameter; By the way, the image processing device further estimating an estimated blur result according to the blur degree parameter. The method for estimating blur degree of image can be further applied to estimate blur distribution for a plurality of regions of interest of a plurality of input images. Thereby, the blur distribution of the input images can be estimated, and thus further evaluating the image quality of the plurality of input images.

    Abstract: A measurement method for environment depth and the image extraction device thereof is revealed. First, rotate an image extraction unit and extract a plurality of images using an image extraction device according to different viewing angles of a target object. Then, use disparity information of the plurality of images and an image parameter of the image extraction unit to give a plurality pieces of depth-of-field information, which are further used for giving environment depth information. The image extraction device has an image extraction unit and a rotating member. The rotating member is connected with the base; the rotating member is connected to the image extraction unit, which is located on one side of the rotating member.
