Abstract: A reusable plastic container is provided. The container includes a plastic container body having opposing side panels and opposing end panels. The container body also includes top side panel flaps attached to a top portion of each side panel, and bottom side panel flaps attached to a bottom portion of each side panel. The container body has top end panel flaps attached to a top portion of each end panel, and bottom end panel flaps attached to a bottom portion of each end panel. The top and bottom side panel flaps are each defined with respect to the side panels by a fold line. The fold lines including at least one scored portion and at least one welded portion.

Abstract: A collapsible bin is provided. The bin includes a pair of opposing side panels. The bin further includes a pair of opposing end panels. At least one of the end panels has a first plurality of male interlocking members extending outward a first distance along an upper portion of a first side edge, and a second plurality of male interlocking members extending outward a second distance greater than the first distance along a lower portion of its first side edge. At least one of the side panels includes a plurality of female interlocking members along a first side edge for receiving the first and second pluralities of male interlocking members extending along the first side edge of the at least one side panel.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a reusable plastic container. The container comprises a container body having side walls, end walls, and a bottom. It further includes a hinged lid with lid sections, each section having a hinged edge and at least one free edge. A hinge connects the hinged edge of a lid section to a side wall of the container body. The lid section includes a snap element engageable with a container body end wall. The snap element is configured such that inward pressure applied to an end or side wall of the container body causes the snap element to have greater engagement with the container body to increase the lid's resistance to opening when subjected to an impact.

A variety of spring elements may be used, and the hinge may be combined with other hinge elements in a variety of ways, including an articulated hinge. Methods of fabrication and assembly are disclosed.
