Abstract: A container having fluid container inner body positioned within an outer body having a lower end wall with an aperture. An interior chamber is formed between sidewalls of the inner and outer bodies. A flexible and resilient stopper removably positionable in the aperture in fluid-tight sealing engagement with the end wall. A stiffening member is removably positionable within a cavity of the stopper after the stopper is positioned in the aperture to provide rigidity to the stopper to resist bending of the stopper and thereby resists unintentional dislodgement of the stopper from the aperture without first removing the stiffening member from the stopper.
Abstract: An airpot beverage dispenser having a body with a beverage cavity, a lid with lower and upper lid portions, a bellows within the upper lid portion, an actuator for compressing the bellows to increase the pressure of trapped air in the bellows, a duckbill valve, a skirt valve extending fully around the duckbill valve, and a spout. The skirt valve is movable into sealing engagement with a lid lower wall to define an air flow path from the bellows to the beverage cavity, and when the pressure of the trapped air in the bellows is sufficiently increased, the duckbill valve opens and passes the trapped air to the beverage cavity to force beverage out the spout. When the spout is moved to a stored position and the dispenser is in a locked state, the skirt valve serves as a relief valve to prevent over pressure in the beverage cavity.

Abstract: A container assembly is provided comprising a container body, a stopper member removably attachable to the container to seal a container aperture thereof, and a thermal insulation member removably attachable to an upper body portion of the container body. The thermal insulation member has a sidewall extending downwardly from an upper portion and defining a downwardly opening cavity within which the upper body portion and the stopper are positioned. The sidewall and the upper portion of the thermal insulation member each include an inner wall and an outer wall spaced apart from the inner wall. An insulation chamber is disposed between the inner and outer walls. The thermal insulation member includes an engagement portion adapted to engage with a corresponding engagement portion of the upper body portion to removably attach the thermal insulation member thereto.

Abstract: A handle including a connector portion with a through-slot and a biasing member. The through-slot defines a travel path. The biasing member is adjacent the through-slot and extends along the travel path. The through-slot is configured to receive a distal portion of an anchor. The biasing member is configured to bias the distal portion in a travel direction along the travel path.
Abstract: A beverage container closure or lid adapted for closing an open end of a beverage container. The lid is couplable to the beverage container and includes a selectively openable stopper that when closed, creates a fluid-tight seal between the beverage container and the environment. The stopper may be opened by pressing a button disposed on a side of the beverage container closure. The stopper is subsequently automatically closed when the button is released. Thus, the user may open and close the beverage container closure using a single hand without the need to remove the beverage container closure from the beverage container. The beverage container closure includes an actuating lever configured to press the button when a user applies a force to the lever. By utilizing the mechanical advantage provided by the lever, a user is able to selectively open and close the stopper using a relatively low amount of force.

Abstract: A lid for use with a beverage container. The lid has a body with a drink opening, a drink opening stopper operable to transition between a closed position and an opened position, and a lock actuator manually rotatable between a locking position preventing the drink opening stopper from transitioning from the closed position to the opened position when the lock actuator is in the locking position and an unlocking position permitting the drink opening stopper to transition from the closed position to the opened position when the lock actuator is in the unlocking position.
