The stopper may be selectively opened by a user by the user pressing a button disposed on a side of the beverage container closure. The stopper is subsequently automatically closed when the user releases the button. Thus, a user may open and close the beverage container closure using a single hand without the need to remove the beverage container closure from the beverage container.

The container main body has an upper portion with an aperture, a lower sidewall extending downwardly from the aperture, and an upper sidewall having a substantially cylindrical shape extending upwardly from the upper portion. The handle portion includes a grip portion, an attachment collar disposed on an upper handle portion, and a lower handle portion fastened to the container main body by a fastening member. The attachment collar may have an annular or curved shape that snugly fits around the upper sidewall of the container main body to attach the upper handle portion to the container main body.

Rotation of the camming lever between a forward and rearward position in an elongated recess of the lid main body selectively seals and unseals a drinking aperture in the lid main body. A locking member is operable to selectively secure the rotational position of the camming lever when the sealing member is in a sealing position sealing the drinking aperture. A cam axle of the camming lever is removably attachable to an attachment element of the sealing member to transition the lid assembly between a use configuration for drinking and a cleaning configuration in which the lid assembly may be thoroughly cleaned.

An insulation chamber is disposed between the inner and outer walls. The thermal insulation member includes an engagement portion adapted to engage with a corresponding engagement portion of the upper body portion to removably attach the thermal insulation member thereto.
