Abstract: A daylight portable lamp for inspecting painted surfaces, in particular in the course of paint repair work on motor vehicles, includes at least a head part with a light-exit opening, through which the light that can be produced by the daylight portable lamp can leave, and a sleeve, which surrounds the light-exit opening and is produced from an elastic, preferably rubber-elastic, material, arranged at the light-exit opening.
Abstract: An air cap arrangement and a spray gun. The air cap arrangement comprises an air cap, an air cap ring and a retaining ring. The air cap ring comprises a groove configured to extend on the circumferential inner surface of the air cap ring. The air cap also comprises a groove configured to extend on the circumferential outer surface of the air cap, and the retaining ring is arranged in the groove of the air cap ring and the groove of the air cap to limit the axial movement of the air cap within the air cap ring.
Abstract: An air cap for a spray gun, in particular a paint spray gun, having at least one central opening, which is delimited by a mouth, and two horns, each having at least one inner and one outer horn air duct and one inner and one outer horn air opening. The spacing between the front end of the central opening and an axis which perpendicularly intersects the central axis of the central opening and runs through the center of an inner horn air opening is between 0.6 mm and 2.6 mm. The spray pattern generated by the air cap has a longer core region and a steeper transition of the layer thickness between the external region and the core region, compared to conventional air caps leading to improvement in coating quality. A nozzle assembly and a spray gun, in particular a paint spray gun, can have an air cap having the above properties.
Abstract: A daylight hand-lamp for checking painted surfaces, in particular in the field of paint repair work on motor vehicles. The light spectrum is formed homogenously such that at a distance of between 30 cm±0.5 cm in a spectral range having a wavelength of 400 to 700 nm, a daylight deviation average value in a central area and an inner periphery is less than 20%, or the average value of a spectral stability factor is less than 10% with respect to the beam center in the central area and inner periphery.

Abstract: A temperature-control device for heating and/or cooling gases or gas mixtures. The temperature-control device comprises at least one air inlet, at least one air outlet and at least one vortex tube. The vortex tube(s) each have a vortex tube inlet, a hot air outlet and a cold air outlet, with the at least one air inlet connectable with at least one vortex tube inlet of the at least one vortex tube. The at least one air outlet can be connected at least in one flow direction with at least one hot air outlet and at least one cold air outlet of the vortex tube(s). At least one control element is provided, by which selectively the amount of air flow between the at least one hot air outlet and the at least one air outlet or the amount of air flow between the at least one cold air outlet and the at least one air outlet is adjustable.
Abstract: A spray gun includes a one-piece main body, a trigger, a paint needle operating element coupled to the trigger, a paint needle coupled to the paint needle operating element, and an exchangeable spray agent guiding unit, the inlet region of which is or can be connected to a material supply device for the material to be sprayed, wherein the main body has at least one opening for receiving the exchangeable spray agent directing unit. Also disclosed is a material supply device, a cover, a method for mounting an exchangeable spray agent guiding unit in or on a spray gun having a one-piece main body, and a method for removing an exchangeable spray agent directing unit from or out of a one-piece spray gun.

Abstract: A daylight portable lamp for inspecting painted surfaces, in particular during paint repair work on motor vehicles, has a setting device for setting the light intensity. The setting device has an operating element that can be adjusted between a minimum position and a maximum position, the light intensity being set to a minimum in the minimum position and the light intensity being set to a maximum in the maximum position. When the operating element is arranged in the vicinity of the minimum or maximum position returns automatically to the relevant minimum or maximum position on the basis of a spring restoring force. The operating element can be arranged infinitely variably in at least one transitional adjusting region between the minimum and maximum position without the operating element returning automatically to the minimum or maximum position, so that in the transitional adjusting region the light intensity can be set infinitely variably by the operating element.

Abstract: A holder and a filter system are provided. The holder has: a front wall, a window is formed therein so as to expose the hollow cavity of the holder; a back wall, facing the front wall; a pair of side walls, facing each other and connecting the front wall and the back wall; an opened top portion; and a bottom wall, facing to the top portion and closed so as to define the hollow cavity of the holder. The back wall can be provided with an attachment mechanism. By using the holder and the filter system, an operator may easily determine when to replace the filter cartridge during the operation of the filter system. The holder allows a very good keeping and as well a rapid replacement of the indicator.
Abstract: A device for coating surfaces, particularly coloured or painted surfaces, using a spray gun which is supplied by a supply device with the material to be sprayed. The supply device includes a material container which can be pressurised, and a pressure element is provided on or in the material container itself.

Abstract: A nozzle arrangement for a spray gun, in particular a paint spray gun, has at least one paint nozzle and an air cap. The paint nozzle has at least one outlet opening for the material to be sprayed and the air cap has at least one central opening which is bounded by at least one wall. The at least one wall forms a gap with at least one part of the paint nozzle, and a forward part of the paint nozzle has at least an inner face, an outer face and an end face. The end face of the paint nozzle encloses, at least in certain regions, an angle of greater than 90° or an angle of less than 90° with an outer face or an inner face of the paint nozzle. In the nozzle arrangements, the back-pressure counter to the outflow of the material to be sprayed is lower than in prior art nozzles. A spray gun, in particular a paint spray gun, having such a nozzle arrangement is also disclosed.
