Abstract: A foldable seat is disclosed. The foldable seat includes a cushion unit, a backrest unit and a gear adjustment unit. The backrest unit includes at least two connecting rods each including a first rotating rod and a second rotating rod. The gear adjustment unit includes gear teeth, a turntable and a clamping structure, a second end of the first rotating rod is provided with a first hinge shaft, the gear teeth is arranged at an end portion of the second rotating rod, the clamping structure is rotatably connected to the first rotating rod, and the turntable is arranged on the first hinge shaft.
