Abstract: Proposed are a method and a system for management of resources of portable resource modules (1, 1?), each connected to a communication terminal (2, 2?, 2?), which modules comprise electronic memory units (11) and are designed in particular as chipcards. A first resource management instruction comprising a module identification is transmitted to a resource management centre (4). A second resource management instruction is transmitted from the resource management centre (4) via a communication network (3) to the resource module (1) identified through the module identification. In the particular resource module (1), resources are made ready or released by a resource control mechanism (111) corresponding to the received second resource management instruction.

Abstract: A method for location-based services over a mobile radio network. The method includes sending, to a mobile apparatus, at least one or more data messages generated according to a telecommunication standard. The method includes generating, by the mobile radio apparatus, an error report upon (i) reception of the at least one or more generated data messages and (ii) a determination from the at least one or more data messages that, according to the telecommunications standard, the error report has to be produced. Abstract: Method, device and system for capturing and processing viewing data, which viewing data relates to the viewing behavior of users when viewing video data. Data about lines of sight of a user relative to the viewed video data are determined by projecting video data directly on the retina of the user and current eye positions of the user being thereby determined, which are transmitted by a telecommunications network to a central unit for further processing. Abstract: The present invention concerns a system and method for assigning a number of terms (1.4, 1.5) and objects that are on at least two levels (1.1, 1.2) on a mobile device (3) of a user. Through this knowledge, the perception of the corresponding terms and objects is additionally promoted. Thanks to the system and method described here, terms (1.4, 1.5) from different valuation levels are presented to the user who has to assign them. These terms (1.4, 1.5) can only be assigned if the user has sufficient information about the terms (1.4, 1.5). The result of the assignment product (4) is thus a measure of the knowledge of the user in question. Companies and organization can use this system and method to determine their degree of awareness and, through suitable incentives for the users, massively increase their name recognition respectively that of their products and/or services by increasing the specific perception.

Abstract: A billing method and billing system to determine usage fees which are charged to the user of a digital telecommunications network, whereby a usage fee charged for a connection is determined prior to establishing this connection from statistical characteristics of previous connections of the user, is described.
