  • Patent number: 11987242
Abstract: A lane departure prevention device includes a control unit that executes lane keeping control (automatic steering of a steering wheel and/or issuing of a warning) when it is determined that a vehicle may move out of a lane. The control unit withholds execution of the lane keeping control until it is determined that a return-to-control condition is satisfied when it is determined that a driver has gone from showing no intention to move out of the lane to showing an intention to move out of the lane to cross a first lane boundary. The control unit continues, when it is determined that the vehicle is approaching a second white line present in a traveling direction with a speed equal to or faster than a reference value, continues withholding the execution of the lane keeping control even when it is determined that the return-to-control condition is satisfied.

  • Patent number: 11987298
Abstract: A main power supply having a large capacity and a backup power supply having a small capacity are switchable by a power supply switching determination unit in a system. A motor control device drives a motor by the main power supply or the backup power supply. A drive control unit outputs a drive signal, calculated by feedback control of the current detection value with respect to the current command value, to an inverter circuit. When the power supply switching determination unit switches from the main power supply to the backup power supply, the drive control unit moves from a normal control using the main power supply to a backup control that restricts an electric power consumption and prevents the backup power supply from stopping.

  • Publication number: 20240157938
Abstract: A driving assistance apparatus includes a tollgate type determiner and a travel controller. The tollgate type determiner determines whether or not a tollgate present in front of a vehicle is a speed-limit tollgate, on the basis of positional information on the vehicle and map information. The travel controller controls a travel speed of the vehicle in accordance with the result of determination by the tollgate type determiner. When the tollgate is the speed-limit tollgate, the travel controller performs speed-limiting control such that, while passing through the tollgate, the vehicle has the travel speed limited not more than a speed limit for the speed-limit tollgate. When the tollgate is not the speed-limit tollgate, the travel controller does not perform the speed-limiting control.
