  • Patent number: 11885431
Abstract: This invention provides a valve-module that is operative with relatively low-pressure pilot-air despite its small size and has excellent durability with less performance-variations than among other similar products. The valve-module of the present invention includes a pilot-port and a biasing-means for biasing the piston-portion in the opposite direction, and controls the opening and closing of the valve by supplying and discharging pilot-air. The first-permanent magnet is held by the first magnet-holder of the valve-rod, and the second-permanent magnet is held by the second magnet-holder of the piston housing. A magnetic-attraction force acts between both permanent magnets and drives the piston in the first direction and increases with the mutual approach of both magnets.

  • Patent number: 11241713
Abstract: This invention provides a method for manufacturing decorated-parts of high design-quality and reliability, since the exposed surface of the base coat-layer is not bulged, and thus the color of said coat-layer is distinct. The method for manufacturing decorated-parts of this invention comprises a base coat-layer-forming process, a surface coat-layer-forming process and a laser-decorating process. In the base coat-layer-forming process, a resin-base material of a highly light color at a lightness-level of 70 or more or a clear and colorless resin base-material is formed. In the surface coat-layer forming process, the surface coat-layer of a less-bright color at a lightness-level of 20 or less is formed on the base coat-layer. In the laser-decorating process, the first laser-processed groove penetrating the surface coat-layer and exposing partially the base coat-layer is made by irradiating the infrared laser onto such surface coat-layer, thus providing a fine decoration onto the surface of said decorated-part.

Abstract: An exhaust/drainage mechanism includes an exhaust channel guiding contaminated air discharged from a coating booth with non-attached paint; a drainage channel guiding contaminated water discharged from the booth; a scum receiving inlet included in the drainage channel and into which the floating coating scum floating on the contaminated water flows; and a dual-purpose flow channel used as both the exhaust and drainage channel. The contaminated air flows through an upper part of the dual-purpose flow channel, and the contaminated water flows through a lower part. A wind pressure of the contaminated air generates, in an upper part of the contaminated water, an upper-layer flow flows in a direction or at a velocity different from a direction or a velocity of a flow in a lower part of the contaminated water. • Patent number: 11041575
Abstract: A valve device that can be activated by pilot air of comparatively low pressure though the size of such valve device is small and provides a valve device that is excellent in durability. The valve device comprises a pilot port which pilot air is supplied to activate a piston part, and a biasing means to press the piston part in the opposite direction to supply and discharge the pilot air, thus controlling the opening and closing of the valve. A first magnetic member is provided on a valve rod; a second magnetic member is provided on a housing. Magnetic attraction is generated between both magnetic members to activate the piston part in the first direction, thus increasing such magnetic attraction by the approach of both magnetic members. An arrangement-relation facing each magnetic member through an air gap is set even when making its closest approach.
