Abstract: A cantilevered umbrella comprising a mast having an elongated configuration, a cantilevered arm extending from the mast, a canopy extending from the cantilevered arm, a carriage connected to the cantilevered arm, and at least one of a constant force spring or a gas spring connected to the mast. The carriage is vertically moveable along the mast to move the canopy between an open position, wherein the canopy is extended, and a collapsed position, wherein the canopy is collapsed. The at least one of the constant force spring or the gas spring is operable with the carriage to assist with moving the canopy between the open position and the collapsed position and to counterbalance the weight of the cantilevered arm and the canopy.
Abstract: A sink accessory, comprising a flexible outer rim including a central area and a flexible webbing connected to the outer rim, the flexible webbing comprising a plurality of holes and an opening, wherein the flexible webbing at least partially occupies the central area of the flexible outer rim.
Abstract: A combination dish drying mat and rack, including a mat and a rack. The mat has a top surface, bottom surface, and a plurality of sides. The rack has a base resting upon at least a portion of the top surface of the mat in an open position. The rack has a plurality of ribs extending upwardly from the base, which form a corresponding plurality of channels, and the plurality of ribs and channels are operatively arranged to hold kitchenware. The rack also has a plurality of protrusions extending upwardly from the base and arranged in pairs. Each protrusion of each pair is disposed opposite one another laterally across the base of the rack. The rack also has a plurality of slots recessed within the base that are co-planar and parallel to one another and the plurality of protrusions and slots are operatively arranged to hold kitchenware.
The carriage is vertically moveable along the mast to move the canopy between an open position, wherein the canopy is extended, and a collapsed position, wherein the canopy is col lapsed. The at least one of the constant force spring or the gas spring is operable with the carriage to assist with moving the canopy between the open position and the collapsed position and to counterbalance the weight of the cantilevered arm and the canopy.
Abstract: An apparatus for securing bathroom accessories including a housing operatively arranged to engage a shower head pipe, the housing including an opening and a locking member rotatably secured to the housing, the locking member operatively arranged to close the opening of the housing. An apparatus for securing bathroom accessories including a first substantially c-shaped member, a second substantially c-shaped member fixedly secured to the first substantially c-shaped member, a resilient member arranged between the first substantially c-shaped member and the second substantially c-shaped member. The resilient member is operatively arranged to surround a shower head pipe and prevent the first substantially c-shaped member and the second substantially c-shaped member from slipping.
