  • Patent number: 11902463
Abstract: A system may include a processor that may execute computer-executable instructions that cause the processor to receive caller information regarding an incoming communication from a caller and receive a request from a user to route the incoming communication to a virtual assistant application. The virtual assistant application is configured to interact with the caller and determine whether the caller is associated a fraudulent caller activity stored on databases accessible by the processor. The processor may then receive an indication from the virtual assistant application that the caller is associated with the fraudulent caller activity and forward the incoming communication to another party in response to receiving the indication.

  • Patent number: 11893570
Abstract: A system is described to authorize a transaction using blockchain technology. For example, a transaction authorization system comprises a point of sale (POS) device, a mobile device, and a payment blockchain. The POS device can initiate a transaction by scanning one or more items to be purchased and generating a code comprising a transaction identifier and a total cost of the one or more items. The mobile device can receive the code and can generate a token comprising the transaction identifier, total cost, a selected payment method identifier, and a value that can identify an account of a person associated with the mobile device. The token is sent to a payment blockchain to authorize the transaction.

  • Patent number: 11893643
Abstract: A system may include one or more sensors that acquire location information associated with the one or more sensors. The system may also include a processor that receives a first set of data comprising environmental information associated with a location, receives the location information from the one or more sensors, and determines whether a risk of damage to property associated with at least one of the one or more sensors is greater than a threshold based on the location information and the environmental information. When the risk is greater than the threshold, the processor may send a notification including the risk of damage to the property to a computing device that may provide an audio or visual indication of the notification.

  • Patent number: 11893538
Abstract: A system and method for capturing and automated processing aerial images of structures to assess structural damage is disclosed. The system comprises a computing system used to obtain images of selected locations associated with known structures at different points in time before and after a natural disaster. The images are used to automatically create three-dimensional models that are used to detect the specific portions of a structure that may be damaged as well as the spatial extent of that damage. In addition, the imagery can be fed into a damage classifier that automatically classifies the degree of damage and generates accurate estimates of repair costs. The system and method may be deployed to quickly assess damage of structures in a disaster area and provide reports of the damage to homeowners and/or insurers.

  • Patent number: 11887116
Abstract: Authentication systems and methods using orientation sensor-enabled payment cards are disclosed herein where a server receives an authorization request from a web server or an electronic terminal. The server then transmits an instruction to the orientation sensor to determine whether the payment card has an orientation that is consistent with a predetermined orientation. When the payment card has an orientation consistent with the predetermined orientation, the server executes a first authentication protocol. However, if the payment card has an orientation that is not consistent with the predetermined orientation, the server executes a second authentication protocol that is more restrictive than the first authentication protocol.

  • Patent number: 11888837
Abstract: Techniques are described for client registration for authorizing an aggregator service to access data on behalf of an application, through self-registration of an application client identifier and issuance of authorization token(s) based on the application client identifier. Implementations provide a technique for dynamic client registration that avoids the need for manual vetting and manual generation of the client credential grant. Additionally, the implementations described herein enforce domain values around the scope and/or purpose of the client grant. This allows for support of application providers through a single point of registration that supports multi-layer and channel. This also allows for support of a scalable authorization solution for any suitable number of clients. The dynamic client registration process adds an additional layer of security through the OAuth client grant and mutual authentication.
