  • Patent number: 11887166
Abstract: Methods and systems described in this disclosure can identify, from a social media listening device, content items posted by a plurality of users, where each of the content items is associated with a social handle. Each of the content items can be mapped to a user identifier associated with a user or a potential user of a service using the social handle. A subset of the mapped content items can be created by selecting the mapped content items that correspond to an event based on content. The mapped content items are then categorized based on the corresponding events in the content items. Service or product opportunity leads can be determined from the mapped and categorized content items.

  • Patent number: 11878699
Abstract: A system may include sensors that may acquire health data related to an individual. The system may also include a processor that may receive trip data associated with a current location of the individual and a destination location for the individual, traffic condition data associated with routes between the current location and the destination location, and weather related data associated with the routes. The processor may also receive the health data from the sensors and determine whether the individual is associated with a driver assessment score above a threshold based on the trip data, the traffic condition data, the weather data, the health data, or any combination thereof. The processor may then send an activation signal to a vehicle control system in response to the driver assessment score being above the threshold, such that the activation signal may enable the vehicle control system to control operations of a vehicle.

  • Patent number: 11882103
Abstract: Various embodiments of the present technology generally relate to authentication. More specifically, some embodiments relate to systems and methods for mobile application infrastructure and framework for application authentication. Currently, methods and systems for authentication are not flexible or dynamic and over-authentication has become a solution because it is cheap and easy. In contrast, in accordance with some embodiments of this application, the methods and systems can analyze authentication challenges and non-authentication challenges received from a server over a network in a client side infrastructure. The client side infrastructure can determine a customized, flexible, and dynamic plan for responding to authentication challenges in manner that avoids over-authentication on the client side.

  • Patent number: 11875332
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a mobile computing device that is configured to secure a purchase transaction between a customer and merchant, and facilitate self-checkout between the user and any of several merchants. The system provides a payment processing network that achieves secure transactions free from fraud, while also having low fees. The system is based on establishing a relationship between a merchant's bank and a customer's bank, prior to a purchase transaction by the customer. The customer may then authorize their own bank to push funds to the merchant's bank in order to purchase goods or services using their smartphone, without the need to share any financial information between the user and merchant themselves. The smartphone is further configured to draw from multiple merchant product databases so that the customer may self-checkout, without the need to use a merchant-specific app, all within one app-linked system for payment and shopping.

  • Patent number: 11869017
Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods of facilitating remote notarization of electronic instruments and storing records memorializing these notarization events. A notarization system provider may capture video feeds from different angles, and combine the feeds into a single archive multimedia file, which may be stored as a secured record of a notarization. The notarization system may be utilized as an alternative to a conventional notarization settings involving a notary, in-person. The notarization system provider may supply a signing party with an electronic instrument, which could be any instrument requiring notarization to be effective. Parties signing the document may go to a system provider's location or representatives could bring the requisite devices to the signing parties. Cameras generate video feeds of the notary, the notary, and any witnesses, and then forward the feeds to other devices in the system, allowing each party to observe the signing party sign the instrument.
