  • Patent number: 11263656
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for interacting with a blockchain and users of the blockchain to perform coupon authentication services. A method may include generating coupon transaction(s) that include data associated with a smart coupon contract and broadcasting the coupon transaction(s) to one or more distributed nodes communicatively coupled to the network. The data may be code or input data that may be processed by the code. The one or more distributed nodes may be configured to apply a set of consensus rules to validate the coupon transaction(s) prior to adding the coupon transaction onto the blockchain associated with the smart coupon contract.

  • Patent number: 11238522
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for leveraging user shopping habits to deliver store-relevant materials in a more efficient manner. User location and other relevant information may be analyzed to predict an in-store shopping path for future visits, which may include different store areas each having different store-relevant materials (e.g., coupons) associated therewith. Upon a user visiting the store on a future visit, the predicted path may be used to upload data to the user's portable computing device for store-relevant materials in the order in which they will likely be needed. As the user moves within the store, the portable computing device may purge data associated with store areas that have already been visited while pre-fetching the next store area likely to be visited next.

  • Patent number: 11232386
Abstract: Embodiments are disclosed to detect whether an interaction has occurred between a customer and one or more store employees. By analyzing a how long a communication device used by the customer was within a threshold range of one or more devices worn by store employees, an interaction between the customer and one or more store employees may be identified. Employees whom the customer interacted with may be identified by processing transmission parameters broadcasted by the devices worn by the store employees. Thus, all employees in which a customer interacted with while visiting a store may be identified. The customer may be asked for feedback via the communication device upon detection that a customer has completed a transaction and/or left the store. Using the solicited feedback provided by the customer, various types of reports may be generated.

  • Patent number: 11217335
Abstract: The method and system determine and report measures of adherence of patients to prescription medication regimens based upon fill gaps in the prescription history of the patients. The measure of adherence may be the proportion of days covered by the medication. The method and system may receive or access information relating to a patient's medical history, including past prescription medication fills. Fills of both the prescription medication and other medications that may substitute for the prescription medication may be considered in determining patient adherence levels. Upon determining the patient's level of adherence, the system and method may generate a report including the adherence information and associated information, such as a home pharmacy location. The report may include an indication of whether new-to-therapy information should be presented to a patient based on patient adherence levels.

  • Patent number: 11195617
Abstract: A method for intelligently triaging patients may be provided. The computer-implemented may diagnose a patient based up a received set of medical symptoms. In response, to the diagnosis, a filterable and/sortable list of healthcare service recommendations may be generated. The list of healthcare services may be generated based upon an analysis of a plurality of user data. Each recommendation on the list of healthcare service recommendations may correspond to a plurality of metadata describing the associated healthcare service. When a user selects a particular healthcare service from the list of healthcare service recommendations, the method may include interconnecting a client device with a computing system associated with the particular healthcare service.

  • Patent number: 11176567
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for activating electronic coupons via one or more third-party servers. In various aspects, the disclosed electronic coupon system and methods may receive, as part of a request across a computer network, a profile identifier (ID) associated with a loyalty profile of a first user and also associated with an electronic loyalty program of a second party. The request may originate from a client device using request instructions provided from one or more third-party servers. The electronic coupon may be provided by the same or separate third-party, including, for example, provided by a server associated with the same or separate third-party, to the client device for display on the client device. The request may cause the electronic coupon system to activate the electronic coupon for the loyalty profile of the first user.

  • Patent number: 11172076
Abstract: The method and system allow a user to launch a client application on an web-enabled device and subsequently to navigate to an image source screen within the client application. After receiving an image source selection from the user, the client application retrieves images from the selected image source. The client application displays the retrieved images available for printing to a user, and in response to receiving a selection of an image, the client application transmits the image to a proprietary server. Moreover, upon receiving print order information, the client application additionally executes a location awareness application that determines a current location of the web-enabled device and subsequently, determines a proximal retail store to the current location of the web-enabled device. Thereafter, the remote printing system creates and transmits a print order that includes the selected image to the retail store for pickup.

  • Patent number: 11157596
Abstract: The methods and systems may allow a user to launch a client application on an internet-enabled device, and to subsequently navigate to an image capture screen within the client application. In response to receiving a command from a user, the client application may execute a barcode scanning routine to scan a barcode, and that decodes the barcode into prescription label data. Alternatively, the prescription label data may be manually entered by a user. The automatic data access methods and systems may automatically retrieve prescription status data according to the prescription label data. The prescription status data may be indicative of a prescription from a first pharmacy, a prescription from a second pharmacy, or a prescription that has already been filled. The methods and systems either automatically refills the prescription, automatically generates a prescription transfer request, or automatically generates a prescription already filled message, based on the prescription status data.

  • Patent number: 11150146
Abstract: Various techniques are described to compensate for weather and other extraneous temperature conditions along a transit route when preparing a product for cold-chain shipment packaging. The origin and destination of the shipment may be determined to calculate one or more transit routes, which may include each stage along each transit route. Weather data may be received from one or more sources to build a weather database for one or more locations, which may be used to generate a temperature profile indicating the expected temperature and duration at each stage of transit to which the cold-chain shipment will be exposed. Thermodynamic calculations may then be performed in accordance with the temperature profile to determine the best available packaging option to prevent the product's temperature from falling outside of a desired or mandatory cold-chain temperature range.

  • Patent number: 11100519
Abstract: Embodiments are provided for evaluating information within a master data management (MDM) system. According to certain aspects, a MDM computing device may receive a first transaction member record and a second transaction member record assigned with the same source identifier from the same data source and linked to a composite data entity. The MDM computing device may determine, in response to receiving the second transaction member record, an overlay score between the first transaction member record and the second transaction member record. The MDM computing device may generate a notification indicative of the overlay or create an overlay task for the second transaction member record based on the overlay score by (i) unlinking the second transaction member record from the composite data entity and (ii) storing the second transaction member record in a quarantine queue as a singleton record linked to a dummy composite data entity.

  • Patent number: 11094124
Abstract: Methods and systems may provide an augmented reality (AR) pharmaceutical interface to a client electronic device such as a mobile smartphone. The AR pharmaceutical interface may identify one or more prescription products (e.g., consumable products or medical devices) appearing in a field of view of a camera of the electronic device. Based upon the identified prescription product(s), the AR pharmaceutical interface may provide augmentations such as visual overlays, audial feedback, and/or other information associated with the identified prescription product(s). In some implementations, the AR pharmaceutical interface may facilitate other prescription-related functions, such as refills and/or transfers, by launching a dedicated prescription application at the electronic device.
