Abstract: The present invention relates to a flexible plated cooling pack for headwear and a method for making the same that is capable of providing a sufficient cooling effect with a small amount of coolant, not causing worry about leakage of the coolant, and providing a cushion effect without a volume variance regardless of many uses, as well as the cooling effect. The flexible plated cooling pack has an inner and outer synthetic resin film sheet bonded each other and a coolant filled therein, wherein the outer synthetic resin film sheet has a shape respectively corresponding to a piece of the crown portion and a sweatband and the coolant is always maintained in at least a gel state. The flexible plated cooling pack may be disposed in an inner portion of the crown portion and the sweatband of the headwear or may be inserted in a pocket formed at an inner portion of the crown portion and the sweatband of the headwear.
Abstract: Disclosed is a headwear which is mainly made of non-stretchable fiber. The headwear comprises a head receiving portion including a first stretchable fabric made of high twist yarn and a sweat band peripherally attached to the inside of the head receiving portion. Since the head receiving portion is mainly made of high twist yarn, the headwear has a fixed peripheral size but is adjustable within a predetermined range corresponding to small changes of head size. Also, the headwear can fit the head size to provide a comfortable sense of wearing.
Abstract: An environmentally-friendly visor stiffening member and a manufacturing method thereof may provide a smoothly curved shape without using an environmentally-bad plastic material and being easily sewn. The environmentally-friendly visor stiffening member is sandwiched with at least one fabric piece layer, an adhesive resin layer disposed under the fabric piece layer, and a pulp or cellulose board layer disposed under the fabric piece layer via the adhesive resin layer. With this structure, the visor portion may have a smoothly curved shape even though it is not made of an environmentally-bad synthetic resin material, it may not be easily ruptured even if excessive force is applied thereto, and it may be easily sewn to provide a beautiful aesthetic appearance.
Abstract: The present invention is headgear of the billed cap type where the cap can have a fixed size crown. The cap includes an integral two-piece headband or sweatband attached along a bottom of the cap crown on the inside of the crown. The headband includes a first piece, stretchable part located in a front portion of the cap associated with the bill or sun visor and a second piece, non-stretchable part located in the rear. The stretchable part is stretched and attached to the crown in tension along a lower edge, allowing the upper edge of the headband to relax, and incline toward the interior of the crown and away from a sidewall of the crown. This relaxed upper edge is ready to stretch to fit a varying head size while the cap is not distorted by any stretching of the headband. The range of head sizes that can be accommodated by the cap can be increased by providing an elastic visor that is also attached to the cap crown along the bottom peripheral edge of the crown.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a sweat absorber and headwear using the sweat absorber. The sweat absorber is formed by a porous panel including a first layer that is knitted in a warp direction to have a plurality of first porous structures, a second layer that is knitted in a warp direction to have a plurality of second porous structures, and a plurality of connecting yarns for connecting the first layer and the second layer. The porous panel may be a double raschel fabric panel. The sweat absorber may semi-permanently maintain a shape of a crown portion of a headwear and may be prevented from being contaminated from sweat. In addition, a contaminated part may be replaced.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a wooden patch and a manufacturing method thereof using a laser. The wooden patch is adhered to clothes, shoes, and headgear as an accessory. In the manufacturing method, since a predetermined pattern is processed on the wooden patch by a laser, the wooden patch may be cut out without cracks or thermal transformation, raised and depressed portion may be variously formed, and grayscales may be realized. In addition, since a resin patch portion is provided to a rear surface of the wooden patch and the wooden patch is adhered to a product by a self-adhesive characteristic or a thermal process, a fabric panel may not be deteriorated, and a wearer may not be hurt. Further, environmentally-friendly beauty may be provided.

The headwear including a wearing portion put on a wearer' head, a visor portion connected to the wearing portion, a sweatband connected in the wearing portion and having a core sheet and a covering portion for covering the core sheet, wherein the covering portion is made of a fabric, the fabric is formed by crossing a plurality of weft threads and a plurality of warp threads, the plurality of weft threads or the plurality of warp threads include a stretch yarn, and the fabric is cut such that the stretch yarn is oriented in parallel to a circumferential direction to the wearing portion.
