Abstract: A visor cap has a visor portion, a forehead shield coupled to the visor portion, a sweatband formed in shape of a ring to encircle a head of a wearer. The forehead shield has an outer sheet and an inner sheet between which the fore part of the sweatband disposed. At least a part of the sweatband is stretchable to adjust the size of the visor cap to the wearer.

Abstract: An embroidered patch and manufacturing method thereof is disclosed. The method is performed by providing a filler, embroidering the desired embroidering figure on the filler to entirely wrap up an embroidering portion of the filler. During embroidering, a periphery of the embroidering portion being perforated by the needles of the embroidering machine and a plurality of sewing threads. The embroidering portion is then pulled to remove a leftover portion, resulting in the embroidered patch without any cutter.

Abstract: Headwear having exposed stitches to fix a lower hem thereof is disclosed. The headwear has a head-wearing portion being stretchable in at least a circumferential direction, and exposed stitches which are viewed outside and are disposed along the lower hem. The exposed stitches are formed by a stretch yarn as a bobbin thread and a non-stretch yarn as an upper thread.

Abstract: An embossed ornamental fabric and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. A manufacturing method is performed by providing a base fabric, and a synthetic resin sheet on a rear side of the base fabric. The base fabric and the synthetic resin sheet are pressed with a shaping mold that has a predetermined design of an embossing or debossing pattern. The synthetic resin sheet has a predetermined thickness and is capable of being compressed according to the embossing or debossing pattern, so that the resultant fabric has the corresponding embossing or debossing pattern.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of embroidery having a pile structure which may be performed by a general embroidering machine is disclosed. The method is accomplished by providing a base fabric, a first sheet having a predetermined thickness, and a second sheet in order, and embroidering a predetermined pattern on the base fabric together with the first and second sheet. An adhesive is applied over the back surface of the base fabric to fix the threads, and then the threads are cut over the first sheet. Finally, the first sheet and the second sheet are removed from the base fabric to form the resultant embroidery having a pile structure.

At least one piece is made of a stretchable warp knitted mesh which has at least one non-covered stretch yarn and a plurality of non-stretch yarns. The non-covered yarn and the plurality of non-stretch yarns are provided in rows without being twisted with each other.

Abstract: Disclosed is a headwear which is mainly made of non-stretchable fiber. The headwear comprises a head receiving portion including a first stretchable fabric made of high twist yarn and a sweat band peripherally attached to the inside of the head receiving portion. Since the head receiving portion is mainly made of high twist yarn, the headwear has a fixed peripheral size but is adjustable within a predetermined range corresponding to small changes of head size. Also, the headwear can fit the head size to provide a comfortable sense of wearing.

Abstract: Disclosed is a headwear which has remarkably improved stretch property and comfortably fits for the head of a wearer. The headwear comprises a head receiving part made of a multiple fabric and a sweatband peripherally attached to an inner side of the head receiving part along a lower edge thereof. Since the multiple fabric has much more improved stretch property than the stretchable fabric of the conventional free size cap, the headwear can fit a very wide range of head sizes and provide a comfortable sense of wearing, without any sense of pressing even though the cap is used for a long time.

The sun shield is stretchable in at least the circumferential direction of the head covering portion. The elastic headwear is capable of stretching throughout its whole portion since the sun shield as well as the head covering portion can stretch in the circumferential direction.

Abstract: The present invention is headgear of the billed cap type where the cap can have a fixed size crown. The cap includes an integral two-piece headband or sweatband attached along a bottom of the cap crown on the inside of the crown. The headband includes a first piece, stretchable part located in a front portion of the cap associated with the bill or sun visor and a second piece, non-stretchable part located in the rear. The stretchable part is stretched and attached to the crown in tension along a lower edge, allowing the upper edge of the headband to relax, and incline toward the interior of the crown and away from a sidewall of the crown. This relaxed upper edge is ready to stretch to fit a varying head size while the cap is not distorted by any stretching of the headband. The range of head sizes that can be accommodated by the cap can be increased by providing an elastic visor that is also attached to the cap crown along the bottom peripheral edge of the crown.

Some warp yarns are stretchable polyurethane yarns, while at least a part of the weft yarns are monofilament yarns having shape-restoring properties. A plurality of ventilated openings are formed on the band to provide passage of air and moisture. The ventilated openings are formed along the lengthwise direction such that a part of the first yarns are omitted when weaving.

Abstract: Exposing glittering of a hunter's eyes is prevented by headwear including a wearing portion for being worn on a head of a wearer and a visor projecting from the wearing portion, wherein the visor includes a base member for forming a shape of the visor and the base member has a seeing-through portion. A mesh member, which can be seen through by the hunter when the headwear is worn on the head, is attached to the base member and covers the seeing-through portion. Accordingly, in addition to conventional functions of a cap or hat, the hunter can keep watching animals without exposing glittering of his eyes.

Abstract: The present invention provides headwear including a crown portion for being worn on a head of a wearer, a visor portion projecting from the crown portion, and an elastic apparatus applying an elastic force to the crown portion such that the crown portion remains in a predetermined shape. Such headwear can retain its original shape or form, strongly withstanding distortion or wrinkles, such that its value as merchandise is preserved.

Abstract: Headgear with an adjustable visor capable of being changed to various shapes according to a wearer's preference is disclosed. The adjustable visor has an elongated core member provided at a peripheral edge of the visor, enabling the wearer to deform, restore, or retain the shape of the visor, and an outer cover that covers the core member.
