  • Patent number: 11300237
Abstract: An assembly comprising an end-fitting and an unbonded flexible pipe comprising several layers. The unbonded flexible pipe has an end-part entering the end-fitting at the front end and the layers of the unbonded flexible pipe being terminated in the end-fitting. The unbonded flexible pipe further comprises a first electrically conductive layer and a second electrically conductive layer, where the first electrically conductive layer is electrically insulated from the second electrically conductive layer. The end-fitting comprises a first electric zone electrically connected with the first electrically conductive layer, and a second electric zone electrically connected with the second electrically conductive layer, the first electric zone is electrically separated from the second electric zone, and the end-fitting comprises a third electric zone, the third electric zone being electrically separated from first electric zone and the second electric zone.

  • Patent number: 11274779
Abstract: A dielectric fitting includes a nut having inner threads and an axial compression surface, and a hole having a first diameter. A mating component includes outer threads that engage with the inner threads including a second axial compression surface. A first fitting includes a circumferential flange captured between the first axial compression surface and the second axial compression surface, the first fitting having a first wall that extends axially and passes through the first hole and includes first fitting threads. A second fitting includes second fitting threads that engage with the first fitting threads, the second fitting having a second wall and a bulge portion that radially projects to a second diameter and includes an O-ring. The nut and the mating component are dielectrically isolated from the first fitting and the second fitting, and the second diameter is larger than the first diameter.

  • Patent number: 11193613
Abstract: The invention relates to a connection device comprising —a line portion (10) having, at its end, a radially outwardly projecting abutment flange (14) for butting against a corresponding abutment flange of a further line portion which is to be coupled to the line portion (10), and—a ring-segment chain (42, 22, 38) comprising a plurality of ring segments (22, 38) connected to one another in a pivotable manner in a common ring plane, wherein the ring-segment ends which formed the chain ends can be latched to one another to give a ring-form connection clamp (42). The invention is distinguished in that the line portion is designed in the form of a tubular connection stub (10) with first thread means (16) spaced apart axially from the abutment surface (141) of its abutment flange (14), and in that each ring segment (22, 38) has a radially inwardly projecting clamping flange (24) and second thread means (26), which are spaced apart axially from said clamping flange and correspond with the first thread means (16).

  • Patent number: 11187361
Abstract: A pipe coupler having a function of covering a pipe. The pipe coupler includes a coupler main body having a hollow, a grip ring provided in the hollow and configured to fix the pipe so as to allow the pipe to be inserted thereinto and prevent the inserted pipe from coming out, and a packing member provided in the hollow, and configured to seal a gap between the coupler main body and the pipe when the pipe is inserted into the packing member. The packing member includes a pipe locking protrusion protruding inward from an inner surface of a lower end portion thereof so that a front end portion of the pipe inserted into the packing member is surrounded and covered. The pipe coupler can prevent a coating layer of a pipe from being peeled from a tip of the pipe.
