As a result of the comparison, in a case where an object, which is comprised in a print image, corresponding to the quality requirement data of the print job and the print data are inconsistent, a warning screen is displayed.
Abstract: A management apparatus includes circuitry that stores, in a memory, facsimile data received by an electronic device in association with information on a group to which the received facsimile data belongs, and transmits a list of the received facsimile data based on a browse request of the received facsimile data. In the list, the received facsimile data is classified according to at least the information on the group to which the electronic device belongs.
Abstract: A print management unit attaches an identifier to print data that goes through a custom processing unit functioning by execution of a custom class driver, and delivers the print data with the identifier attached, to a standard print control unit. The custom processing unit deletes the identifier from the print data delivered from the standard print control unit and customizes processing of causing a printer to execute printing, based on the print data. The print management unit detects a read state of the custom class driver by execution of an OS. When the read state indicates a failure in reading the custom class driver, the print management unit delivers the print data without the identifier attached, to the standard print control unit, and thus causes the printer to execute the printing that is limited via a standard communication control unit or to stop the printing.

The information processing apparatus causes the user to select a line corresponding to the address information to be set in the near field wireless communication information, and sets the address information of the selected line in the near field wireless communication information, so as to transmit the near field wireless communication information, in which the address information of the line desired by the user is set, by near field wireless communication.
Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes a selector and a sender. The selector receives plural print jobs and selects, from among templates applicable to a printer, a template to which each of the plural print jobs is allocated in accordance with a paper size specified in a corresponding print job and a size of continuous-form paper set in the printer. The sender allocates the plural print jobs to the corresponding templates selected by the selector, integrates some of the print jobs together, and then sends an integrated print job to the printer.
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for handling image forming abnormality, and an image forming apparatus are provided. The method is applied to the image forming apparatus and includes acquiring a print job from a control terminal and analyzing the print job to obtain an analysis result. When the analysis result is a failed analysis, whether a control program installed on the control terminal is abnormal is determined accordingly. The control program is a program which enables the control terminal to exchange the print job with the image forming apparatus. If the control program installed on the control terminal is abnormal, an abnormal-driving information page is generated and printed to output. By printing to output the abnormal information page, the user can be effectively and clearly informed of the cause of the printer abnormality, which improves the efficiency and user experience of abnormality resolution.
