Abstract: A method for transferring funds to a second electronic computing device includes establishing a first pre-paid payment account on a first electronic computing device. The first pre-paid payment account is used to establish one or more second pre-paid payment accounts. The one or more second pre-paid payment accounts have a value that is less than or equal to the first pre-paid payment account. A first account identifier is obtained for one of the second pre-paid payment accounts. The first account identifier is sent to the second electronic computing device. The sending of the first account identifier to the second electronic computing device results in a transfer of ownership of the one more second pre-paid accounts from a first user at the first electronic computing device to a second user at the second electronic computing device.

Abstract: The invention provides a computer implemented method for automatically compiling a portfolio of assets. The method comprises steps including generating a plurality of first generation portfolios of assets from a plurality of available assets, wherein each of said plurality of first generation portfolios is generated by random selection of one or more of said plurality of available assets. The method involves applying a random percentage weighting to each of said randomly selected assets, but where the sum of the random percentage weightings is arranged to equal 100%. It also involves calculating a score for each of the plurality of first generation portfolios of assets, the score for each of said plurality of first generation portfolios of assets comprising an aggregate of a plurality of different evaluation factors and ranking the plurality of first generation portfolios of assets by their respective scores.

Abstract: Automatically communicating information related to a user computing device from a central computing system to a transaction computing system prior to initiation of a transaction between the user computing device and the transaction computing system comprises a digital wallet application and a central computing system. A digital wallet application receives a beacon signal from a transaction computing system indicating the specific identification of the terminal with which the user intends to conduct a transaction. The user computing device communicates the terminal identification to the central computing system. The central computing system communicates customer data, such as loyalty information and offers, to the transaction computing system associated with the terminal. The transaction computing system communicates the customer data to the terminal. When the user taps the user computing device to initiate the transaction, the terminal provides any benefits associated with the customer data.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method monitors a customer to detect money laundering activity at a first computer system by receiving a set of data related to at least a portion of transactional information of the customer, and transforming the set of data into a money laundering risk score of the customer. The method includes selecting a monitoring level to monitor data related to transactions of the customer based on the money laundering risk score. A first monitoring level is selected in response to the money laundering risk score being greater than a threshold. A second monitoring level is selected in response to the money laundering risk score being less than the threshold. The method includes transmitting at least a portion of personal data associated with the customer when the first monitoring level is selected and the first monitoring method detects that the customer matches a condition.

Abstract: An automated method is provided for enabling and implementing a beacon-based service location application in a user device having a beacon monitoring application. A service location facilitation server establishes service need criteria for a user of the user device and estimates a service need state for the user. The service need state includes information indicative of a relative need for a desired service. The service location facilitation server then determines whether the service need state meets the service need criteria, and, if so, transmits an instruction to the user device to transition the beacon monitoring application from an inactive state to an active monitoring state.

Abstract: The invention relates to systems and methods that provide a user interface for use with an electronic trading system. The interface notifies the user that the price at which he or she may have attempted to trade has changed and presents the user with the opportunity to submit, modify or cancel the trade command. The user may configure the trading system to enable such a notification based on the time span for the price change, the number of increments of the price change, a combination thereof or any other appropriate consideration for protecting against the occurrence of erroneous price entries. Abstract: A white label merchant stored value account peer linking/funding system includes a payment service provider database storing associations between different merchants and respective groups of white label merchant stored value accounts. A payment service provider links, in the database, a first user identifier received from a first user device with a first white label merchant stored value account that is included in a first group of white label merchant stored value accounts that are associated with a first merchant in the database. The payment service provider device then receives second user identifiers from the first user device, and links each of the second user identifiers with the first white label merchant stored value account in the database. The payment service provider device then receives respective second user account information from the second user devices and funds the first white label merchant stored value account with respective first funding amounts.
