  • Patent number: 11854708
Abstract: Embodiments are directed to managing the provisioning of healthcare services. A visit profile that includes a reason for the visit and patient demographic information may be provided by a patient requesting a visit to obtain healthcare services. Match scores for providers may be generated based on matching models and the visit profile. A provider may be assigned to the visit based on the match scores. A virtual waiting room may be provided for the patient based on the visit profile. The visit profile may be updated with supplemental information based on the interactions between the patient and the virtual waiting room, patient information, or visit information. Updated match scores may be provided for the providers based on the updated visit profile. If an updated match score exceeds a previously determined higher match score, another provider associated with a higher match score may be assigned to the visit.

  • Patent number: 11837350
Abstract: The method and system provides a variable platform for Virtual Reality Orthodontics (VRO), which can be provided virtually to a patient without the patient having to be examined, in-person, by a dentist or orthodontist. Treatment can be rendered that includes clear aligner therapy, wire therapy or a hybrid/combo treatment involving both to treat patients' malocclusions in a virtual setting as opposed to the patients being treated in traditional and conventional orthodontic care facilities, requiring less in-office visits by the patients. The method and system utilizes and embraces dental professionals for patient care to assist licensed dental professionals to provide treatment while under the scrutiny of orthodontists. Patient care and progress can be monitored with the assistance of artificial intelligence and by review of dental professionals.

  • Patent number: 11791020
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for monitoring a user having a chronic gastrointestinal indication. A questionnaire regarding a plurality of conditions is provided on a repeating basis. Each such condition at least partly arises from the gastrointestinal indication. Questionnaire questions are each associated with a corresponding condition and provide an affordance that allows the user to select between low and high values in accordance with user association with the condition. Responses are stored in a data store associated with the user. A user requested report comprising a graphical quality of life measure of the user is provided based upon temporal questionnaire answers. Questionnaire information is communicated to a remote device for medical practitioner evaluation and computation of a temporal overall quality of life score based on a plurality of component quality of life scores, each of which is associated with a condition in the plurality of conditions.

  • Patent number: 11791021
Abstract: The present invention allows clinical trial organizers to operate a platform for creating trial specific custom mobile applications at a price point that would not be possible if the application were created by programmers on a trial-by-trial basis. The invention shortens build time by creating a hierarchy of questions that changes the next question posed to the user based upon their answer to a previous question thereby reducing the number of questions the user must answer while providing the application creation platform with the detailed information relevant to a specific clinical trial. The platform uses a simulation builder that provides a test version of the application to the user mobile device during the application creation process thereby allowing the user to see the layout of the application as they progress through the building process. While building the application, the user can create a simulated version of the application in real time deliver the same to the mobile device of the user.

  • Patent number: 11759557
Abstract: Methods for monitoring patient parameters and blood fluid removal system parameters include identifying those system parameters that result in improved patient parameters or in worsened patient parameters. By comparing the patient's past responses to system parameters or changes in system parameters, a blood fluid removal system may be able to avoid future use of parameters that may harm the patient and may be able to learn which parameters are likely to be most effective in treating the patient in a blood fluid removal session.

  • Patent number: 11734629
Abstract: A medical scan system is operable to receive a set of labeling data corresponding to a set of medical scans from each of a set of client devices corresponding to a set of users. The set of medical scans and each set of labeling data is transmitted to an expert client device associated with an expert user, and a set of golden labeling data and a plurality of sets of correction data are received from the expert client device. A set of performance score data is generated based on the plurality of sets of correction data, and each performance score data of the set of performance score data is assigned to a corresponding one of the set of users. An updated training set that includes the set of golden labeling data is generated, and a medical scan analysis function is retrained based on the updated training set.

  • Patent number: 11682475
Abstract: Disclosed is a method, a device, a system and/or a manufacture of maximizing patient referral outcome through healthcare utilization and/or referral record evaluation. In one embodiment, a method includes generating a healthcare utilization log and/or referral log with a determined (POS) value and/or a type of service value. A referral request is generated, including a referral profile of a patient. A reduced dataset matching the referral profile is generated from a utilization dataset and/or a referral dataset. The method then calculates a POS utilization rate, an inbound re-referral rate, and/or additional values of a healthcare provider represented in the reduced dataset. A utilization ruleset and/or a referral ruleset is applied to score and/or rank the healthcare provider. A referral data including a UID of the healthcare provider is transmitted over a network from a server to a computing device running a point-of-care application. The referral is selected and automatically scheduled.

  • Patent number: 11620554
Abstract: An electronic clinical decision support (CDS) device (10) employs a trained CDS algorithm (30) that operates on values of a set of covariates to output a prediction of a medical condition. The CDS algorithm was trained on a training data set (22). The CDS device includes a computer (12) that is programmed to provide a user interface (62) for completing clinical survey questions using the display and the one or more user input devices. Marginal probability distributions (42) for the covariates of the set of covariates are generated from the completed clinical survey questions. The trained CDS algorithm is adjusted for covariate shift using the marginal probability distributions. A prediction of the medical condition is generated for a medical subject using the trained CDS algorithm adjusted for covariate shift (50) operating on values for the medical subject of the covariates of the set of covariates.

  • Patent number: 11594311
Abstract: Health care information for multiple patients is processed to classify patients into categories. Additional data fields related to a category in which a patient is classified are added to the patient record. These data fields are populated in part by automatically processing the existing patient data. Such automatic processing can result in a probability that the underlying data supports having a particular value stored in one of the added data fields, and this probability also can be stored. Over time, additional data can be obtained from patients, caregivers and other sources, for structured data fields based on data entry forms for patient reported outcomes, caregiver reported outcomes, events of interest, survival and resource utilization. A set of factor scores is computed for each patient, for each category in which the patient is classified.
