  • Patent number: 11386983
Abstract: A method is provided for anonymizing statistical data for a secure transfer. The method calculates statistical information for each of the statistical data. The method aggregates the statistical information to calculate a valid range for each of the statistical information. The method removes outlier data based on the valid range for each of the statistical data. The method creates pair lists from each of the statistical data and target data, the pair lists having a respective member from both the statistical data and the target data. The method replaces each respective member of the target data by a random number existing in a range of a corresponding one of a plurality of target data bins. The method swaps each pair in each pair list in a random order using the randomized number, wherein the random number used for swapping is different for different ones of the pair lists.

  • Patent number: 11355247
Abstract: A medical questionnaire may be provided to a patient and responses to the medical questionnaire may be scored using a scoring procedure associated with the medical questionnaire. The scored responses may then be used to determine a wellness score for the patient. At times, the medical questionnaire may be treatment, diagnosis, and/or symptom specific and the wellness scores determined from the responses thereto may be used to determine a wellness score regarding the patient's wellness with regard to the treatment, diagnosis, and/or symptom. The wellness score may be provided to the patient, a treatment provider, a treatment facility, and/or a treatment administrator. At times a first and second wellness score may be determined and a difference therebetween may be used to determine an improvement score.

  • Patent number: 11342050
Abstract: A computer system monitors users to capture contextual and environmental data for managing adverse events of those users. A level of risk for occurrence of an adverse event from performing a medical related activity is determined based on the medical related activity, a medical profile, and a risk profile of the user. The user is monitored to capture environmental and contextual information for the adverse event. The captured information is stored to associate the captured information with the adverse event. In response to occurrence of the adverse event, the user is prompted to provide information pertaining to conditions surrounding the adverse event. The stored information for the adverse event is updated with the user-provided information, and is transmitted to a provider associated with the medical related activity. Embodiments of the present invention further include a method and program product for managing adverse events in substantially the same manner described above.
