Abstract: A pack for smoking articles can include a group of smoking articles; an inner wrap, which houses the group of smoking articles; a rigid outer container which is cup-shaped, houses the inner wrap and has: an open upper end, a lower wall opposite the open upper end, a front wall and a rear wall opposite one another, and two side walls opposite one another; a lid, which is cup-shaped, is hinged to the outer container along a hinge so as to rotate, relative to the outer container, between an open position and a closed position, and has: an open lower end, an upper wall, a front wall and a rear wall opposite one another, and two side walls opposite one another; and a locking system.

Abstract: A system and method for easily operated self-releasing stopper/cork for bottles of compressed liquids. The corks have a gas bladder that is designed to be inserted in a bottle and inflated, the bladder having a ribbed or smooth exterior to complete the sealing of the bottle whereby a gas release mechanism can be activated by depressing a button on a cap or via an on-board micro controller and/or electro-mechanical release solution in the cap. Once the gas is released from the bladder the pressure inside the vessel will collapse the bladder's bottom and eject the cork assembly from the bottle.

Abstract: This present invention relates to a modifiable, removable rack insert for an interior section of a cooler or ice chest. The rack insert supports game meat, fish and other items above the base of the cooler, thereby allowing dirt, grass and other debris to keep separate from the items stored on the rack. Additionally, the rack insert surface facilitates proper drainage of liquid and other debris therefrom so that the items stored thereon are not in contact with the same for extended periods of time. The modified rack insert is adjustable in size and can accommodate different sized coolers as per the requirements of its user.

Abstract: A container has a sheet of one or more first flexible materials; a seam around a circumference of the sheet; a cinch tie enclosed within the seam and exposed at each of at least two notches in the seam on opposite sides of the sheet; and a barrier flap of a second flexible material secured to a first side of the sheet along a line that includes the center of the sheet, wherein the barrier flap is configured to divide an interior space of the container into a first compartment and a second compartment when the container is closed, and wherein the barrier flap is configured to be further secured at a location on the first side of the sheet proximal to the circumference; wherein the cinch tie is configured to close the container by drawing the seam shut when pulled out through the at least two notches.

Abstract: A refillable cosmetic container system comprising an outer container that can be closed by an optional lid, and an inner cosmetic holding canister that can be removably mounted within the container. A coupling system can be implemented to allow the outer container and the inner canister to be selectively coupled to each other, such as a lug-and-groove interface, latch and catch interface, etc. The coupling system may be configured such that rotation of the inner canister relative to the outer container causes the coupling/decoupling (e.g., locking/unlocking) between the outer container and the inner canister. To aid in selective coupling (e.g., coupling and decoupling) of the inner canister with respect to the outer container, a handle is provided on the inner container. A locking feature may be provided between the handle and the outer container ensures that the inner canister does not prematurely or unnecessarily dislodge from the outer container.

Abstract: An insulating device can include a body assembly and a lid assembly where an insulating layer is connected to both the body assembly and the lid assembly. An aperture with a closure is formed between the body assembly and lid assembly to form a storage compartment. An insulating tab may be formed from a portion of the insulating layer and an inner liner of the body assembly to help insulate the closure region. In addition, a first magnetic element may be secured within the insulating tab that may engage a second magnetic element secured within the lid assembly.

Abstract: A fluid port assembly includes a tube configured for positioning with a fluid container to provide access to a fluid contained in the fluid container. The tube includes at least one annular tube recess. The at least one annular tube recess forms a plurality of inner tube surfaces extending circumferentially within the tube. The assembly includes a plug configured for positioning inside the tube to releasably seal the fluid container and contain the fluid within the fluid container. The plug includes at least one annular plug protrusion, and the at least one annular plug protrusion forms a plurality of outer plug surfaces extending circumferentially around the plug. The plurality of inner tube surfaces of the tube interfaces with the plurality of outer plug surfaces of the plug to seal the fluid container.

Abstract: A handle for a container, the container including a peripheral wall that defines an internal area. The handle includes a mount having a locking recess and a body including a pivot arm and a locking arm. The pivot arm is pivotally connected to the mount. When positioned in an operating position, the locking arm is biased toward the locking recess so as to secure the locking arm in place relative to the mount. When positioned in a storage position, the body is rotated about the pivot arm to a location above or in the internal area.

Abstract: A package for a medical device such as an intermittent catheter has a case which is closed at one end and open at the other end. A cap is connected to the case by a hinge to permit selectable movement of the cap between an open position, wherein access is provided to the open end of the case, and a closed position, wherein the cap prevents access to the open end of the case. A seal is connected to one of the cap and case. The seal is engageable with the other of the cap and case when the cap is closed to form a barrier that maintains a sterile environment inside the package. The seal can be repeatedly made and broken whenever the user closes or opens the cap, respectively. One of the case and cap has a latch and the other has a receptacle for receiving the latch to releasably retain the cap in a closed position. The latches fit into the receptacle to prevent lateral forces from distorting the cap when the cap is closed. A locking slide may be used to lock the cap to the case.

Abstract: Puncture elements and methods for using the same are disclosed. The puncture elements according to the disclosed concept include a cutting edge or a sharp and are composed of a mineral loaded polymer. The minerals of the mineral loaded polymer include an active agent, such as a desiccant. Optionally, the puncture elements are used to puncture a cover (e.g., foil seal) of a package.

Abstract: An improved shipping frame for use with storage and/or transporting goods includes four corner posts and a top surface and a bottom surface. The corner posts comprise of telescoping leg sections whereby the smaller dimensioned section fits within the larger dimensioned section and can be locked at a particular height. A shield assembly comprises a rear shield and two side shields is affixed to the top section of the frame to brace any upper load therein.

Abstract: Disclosed is an organizer, comprising a fabric folded to form multiple overlapping layers, to form at least one slot for receiving a clipboard or similar rigid panel, the fabric being further joined along opposing edges between other layers to form a pocket, and a layer providing a cove. Additional options include a mechanism (e.g., hook-and-loop, snap, elastic cord, button, clasp, zipper, etc.) for holding the cover layer in position.

Abstract: A container candy or game components is provided. The container has an elastic exoskeleton in the shape of an animal or object. A stretchable opening formed in the sidewall of the exoskeleton allows positioning of a housing holding the candy or game components within an interior chamber of the elastic exoskeleton in a biased contact with the exterior of the housing which holds two portions of the housing engaged while positioned within the interior chamber.

Abstract: A container for storing and drying cosmetic brushes includes an enclosed container with a hinged top cover. Furthermore, a mesh filter is located on the top of the container and multiple suction cups are mounted on interior brush holders wherein the brushes are inserted into the container and kept in a sanitary environment while drying. The filter prevents air from entering the container which may contain dust and germs. In another embodiment, the top cover is provided as a pull-out top cover. In yet another embodiment, the top cover is provided as a screw-on cover.

Abstract: A substrate storage container includes: a container body configured to store a substrate; a lid configured to close an opening formed on the front side of the container body; and a retainer arranged on the back of the lid and configured to restrict the substrate from moving to the front side. The retainer includes an integration of: a frame configured to be detachably attached to the back of the lid; a contact portion including a convex portion configured to contact the substrate and restrict the substrate from moving to the front side; and a beam structure that connects the frame and the contact portion. The contact portion and the beam structure are configured to be spaced apart from the lid.

Abstract: A substrate storage container includes a container main body having an opening at the front, a support portion for supporting a substrate in the interior thereof, and a substrate receiving portion positioned more toward a rear wall than the support portion, an a lid on which a substrate pressing portion for pressing the substrate is formed. The substrate receiving portion and the substrate pressing portion are present within a range of greater than or equal to 0 mm and less than or equal to 80 mm in the horizontal direction from a vertical center line that passes through the center of the container main body when the lid is viewed from the front.

Abstract: A tray for holding golf balls is provided. The tray preferably contains three compartments, and each compartment is sized to hold a single golf ball. The balls are snap-fitted into the compartments and secured in place. The tray containing the balls can be inserted into a small box (sleeve) which then can be loaded into a larger packaging box. The sleeve and window preferably contain transparent windows that are aligned with each other. The outer surface of the balls can be printed with a logo, brand, or other marking that can be seen through transparent windows in the sleeve and packaging box. The packaging system protects the golf balls during shipment as well as providing a creative and attractive way for displaying the golf balls for sale at on-course and off-course facilities.

Abstract: A wine bottle is provided with a punt at a lower end which includes a cork retainer therein. A cork can thus be stored within the cork retainer. In one embodiment, the cork retainer includes two retainer surfaces which are opposing each other horizontally, and spaced apart by a length similar to opposing portions of the cork to allow the cork to fit tightly between these retainer surfaces. Space above the retainer surfaces can hold a foil wrap with the cork within the cork retainer and holding the foil wrap in place. Full re-use of the bottle is thus facilitated. In one embodiment, the bottle has an octagonal shape so that multiple bottles can be shipped together and placed adjacent each other with flat surfaces distributing loads therebetween, without forces concentrated at points thereof, and to keep the bottles in good shape for washing, refilling and re-use.

Abstract: The present invention provides a loading box, which includes a box body, a first groove set, and a first positioning member. The box body includes a base and a side wall protruding from the base along a plurality of sides of the base. The first groove set has a plurality of first grooves, and is disposed on the base along a first side. The first positioning member is arranged corresponding to the first groove set, and includes: a first baffle, detachably inserted into one of the first grooves in the first groove set; and a first supporting arm and a second supporting arm, respectively connected to the first baffle and protruding from the first baffle toward the side wall. One ends of the first supporting arm and the second supporting arm of the first positioning member away from the first baffle are detachably connected to the box body.
