Abstract: A method of playing a wagering card game named Pojack includes selected elements of the games of Blackjack and Poker, Pojack being played between a dealer and one or more players, where the dealer deals from a stack of cards containing a plurality of standard 52-card decks of cards and the Poker payout odds are predetermined. This game has rules wherein: a. each player elects to play Blackjack or Poker or both by placing a Blackjack bet or a Poker ante bet or both respectively, b. then the dealer deals according to standard Blackjack procedure to all those players who elected to play Blackjack, c. then before the dealer turns over his hole card and before he makes the Blackjack payout or collection to the players playing Blackjack, each player who previously made a Poker bet is invited to play Poker using his Blackjack hand as the beginning of his Poker hand by placing a Poker raise bet, d. then each player electing to play Poker places his raise bet, e.

Abstract: Crapless Craps, a game that has existed for more than 20 years, is a modification of standard craps designed to eliminate the possibility of the pass line bettor losing on the come-out roll. However, it has several serious drawbacks that have prevented it from achieving significant popularity with the gambling public. No-Crap Craps is a modification of Crapless Craps created to overcome these shortcomings. This aim is achieved by regarding every number except 7 as a point number, but with numbers 2 and 3 grouped together as 2-or-3, and numbers 11 and 12 grouped together as 11-or-12. When betting against the shooter, a seven-out after point 11-or-12 pays half. The result is that the house advantages of the pass line bet and the don't pass bet are exactly those of standard craps.

Abstract: The card game of the present invention is a seven-card stud poker game, played with at least one but preferably one standard deck of 52 cards plus at least one but preferably one Joker. Two or more players, preferably seven players, may participate in any given round of play. One of the players is the Banker whom other players play against. A Player who is not the Banker may play Poker Bet against the Banker's hand and/or Pair Of Aces Or Better Bet on the contents of the Player's own hand. After at least one wager is placed, each Player and the Banker is dealt seven cards. The Player's Poker Bet wager wins if the Player's best 5-card poker hand (selected from the Player's own seven cards) beats the Banker's best 5-card poker. The Player's Pair Of Aces Or Better Bet wager wins if the Player's best 5-card poker hand is a pair of Aces or a better hand. Poker Bet and Pair Of Aces Or Better Bet are two independent wagers and are settled separately.

Abstract: A method for playing a casino card game which utilize a standard deck of playing cards containing numbered cards 2–10 and face cards; jack, queen, king and ace, ace being high. A playing surface is used for multiple players and a dealer. Each player position has three card receiving dock areas and corresponding wager playing areas thereon and a bonus wagering area. Three wagers are placed and a first card is dealt face down to each player. A second card is dealt to each player face up and wherein one of the equal wagers can be withdrawn by the player. Each player has their face down card turned over by the dealer and is dealt a last card face up. If the last card ranks or falls between the displayed cards in the player's hand is then a winner and a pay-off is made depending on card spread sequence. A double down doubling of wager option is also available during card play in which all wagers still remaining on the playing surface are doubled and the player receives a replacement card for the first card dealt.

Abstract: A novel card game is disclosed utilizing a standard deck of playing cards and played by combining the rules of tic-tac-toe and twenty-one or poker. The player places the cards at certain locations in order to accumulate combinations of twenty-one or in order to accumulate the best poker hands. Also disclosed are novel decks of game playing cards containing playing cards. One novel deck consists of groups of cards, each containing the numeric values of one through ten. The other novel deck contains 37 or 38 novel cards, each containing a numeric value one through 36, or a zero or a double zero, along with a color indication of red, black or green.

Each adjacent pair of the plurality of axial perforations and a corresponding portion of the circular perforation defines a selectively removable tab, the selectively removable tab including text material thereon. The text material preferably comprises an open-ended opinion-evoking statement.

Abstract: This invention is a component craps stick for manipulating dice in a gaming casino, formed as a three-component detachable assembly of a rattan hook, a rattan shaft and a pinewood handle. The rattan components may be removed and replaced when they deteriorate or break due to flexural fatigue in extensive casino use. The three-component configuration is a distinct improvement over currently used single-piece rattan craps sticks which must be totally replaced when any part deteriorates or breaks.

Abstract: A packaging structure for holding an article within an outer container includes a frame having a main portion for receiving the article, and a pair of side legs and a pair of end legs foldably connected to the main portion for supporting the main portion. The main portion includes a series of foldable members, the foldable members in a first group being pivotable about axes extending in a first direction and the foldable members in a second group being pivotable about axes extending in a second direction different from the first direction. In one embodiment, the main portion may include a panel for supporting the article, and at least one flexible film for connecting the panel to the frame. Abstract: The inventions herein relate to novel games of chance and apparatus and methods for their play. In one embodiment, a multi-level game of chance is played by presenting the player with multiple options, where there is at least one positive option and at least one negative option. By way of example, at each level the player selects one of four boxes, where two have a monetary amount, and one has a strike. Optionally, the fourth box may comprise a ‘mystery box’, which requires a decision within a decision. When presented with the mystery box, the player may elect to open it or not. If they do not open it, game play resumes at the existing game level. If they open it, one of multiple options is presented, including a positive option and a negative option. In the preferred embodiment, the positive option could include: a multiplier of the winnings of the player, e.g., a double of the money in the player's account, or the updating of the safe level for the player. A negative result could be an additional strike.
