Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for securing a network, for admitting new nodes into an existing network, and/or for securely forming a new network. As a non-limiting example, an existing node may be triggered by a user, in response to which the existing node communicates with a network coordinator node. Thereafter, if a new node attempts to enter the network, and also for example has been triggered by a user, the network coordinator may determine, based at least in part on parameters within the new node and the network coordinator, whether the new node can enter the network.

Abstract: The present disclosure may provide a for receiving, by a terminal, a signal in a wireless communication system. Abstract: Briefly, in accordance with one or more embodiments, an apparatus of a user equipment (UE), comprises one or more baseband processors to derive a dynamic scrambling key, and a memory to store the dynamic scrambling key and a temporary UE identifier (temporary UE ID) assigned to the UE. The one or more baseband processors monitor a paging request for a scrambled UE identifier (UE ID) to determine if the paging request is intended for the UE by unscrambling the scrambled UE ID with the dynamic scrambling key to produce the temporary UE ID. The paging request is intended for the UE if the temporary UE ID produced by unscrambling the scrambled UE ID matches the temporary UE ID stored in the memory. A new dynamic scrambling key may be derived each time the UE returns to a radio resource control idle (RRC_IDLE) state.

The UA or the call service system receives or initiates a call addition request comprising information of a called party during a call. The historical communication data may include historical signal power measurements of the previous communications. The device may adjust the historical signal power measurements to model estimated signal power measurements relating to a UE to communicating via a first RF band. The device may determine, based on the estimated signal power measurements, an interference score associated with a probability of a UE interfering with the receiver when communicating, via a first RF band, with a base station.

Abstract: A data processing method includes obtaining a first network wakeup parameter, where the first network wakeup parameter is used to wake up an application program. The data processing method further includes performing reconfiguration processing on the first network wakeup parameter based on a preset first configuration condition to obtain a second network wakeup parameter, and configuring a driver of the terminal based on the second network wakeup parameter.
