A mount flange is connected to an end of the coupling flange, with a hole being formed in the mount flange. An L-shaped hook member extends away from an edge of the mount flange. The hook member is advanced into a slot in a support substrate and slid until it abuts an end of the slot, with the mount flange disposed flush against the support substrate. A fastener is then advanced through the mount flange and into the support substrate.
