Abstract: A multifunctional chair is provided. The multifunctional chair includes a supporting body, a telescopic structure, a seat body, and a pedal assembly. The pedal assembly includes a fixing rod, a movable rod, an operation portion, and an elastic resistance member. The telescopic structure is connected to the supporting body and configured to be operated to telescopically move relative to the supporting body. One end of the fixing rod is fixed to the supporting body. The movable rod is movably connected to the fixing rod. The operation portion is arranged at an end of the movable rod away from the fixing rod. Two ends of the elastic resistance member are respectively connected to the supporting body and the fixing rod. A user can push against the operation portion to rotate the movable rod and the fixing rod toward the ground, and the elastic resistance member provides an elastic resistance.
Abstract: An ankle exercise device comprises a base frame, a heel rest, a rotational component, and a plurality of resistance bands. The resistance bands may be connected to the rotational component. The rotational component rotates 90 degrees to orient the resistance bands in either a horizontal or vertical direction. The heel rest may comprise a u-shaped cutout to cup a user's heel. The heel rest is adjustable to align the heads of a user's metatarsals between the resistance bands. With the resistance bands in the horizontal direction, the user may rotate the ankle in the plantarflexion and dorsiflexion directions. With the resistance bands in the vertical direction, the user may rotate the ankle in the inversion and eversion directions.
Abstract: A structural padding system includes an outer shell, an inner shock absorbing liner attached to the outer shell, and multiple compressible balls coupled with the outer shell and/or the inner shock absorbing liner in such a way that the multiple compressible balls are free to move, relative to the outer shell and the inner shock absorbing liner, when the structural padding system is impacted by an object.
