The method further comprises receiving, by the AP, one or more association request messages sent on available subchannels acquired by the unassociated STAs. Thereafter, the AP broadcasts a multi-block acknowledgement M-BA frame, wherein the M-BA frame includes one or more pieces of association acknowledgement information and the association acknowledgement information is acknowledgement information of the association request message.

    Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for channelization of vehicle-to-everything (V2X) networks in a wireless network are disclosed. An apparatus of an of a next generation vehicle to everything (V2X) (NGV) wireless device includes processing circuitry configured to: encode a management frame, the management frame including an indication of resource units (RUs) for use by NGV stations during transmission opportunities (TXOPs) where the RUs part of a channel. The processing circuitry is further configured to configure the NGV wireless device to transmit the management frame on the channel and configure the NGV wireless device to transmit a short sequence frame (SF) at a start of each TXOP of the TXOPs. An apparatus for V2X networks is disclosed that is configured to transmit a packet in center tones of a channel and to simultaneously transmit parity or redundancy information for the packet on tones on either side of the center tones.

    Abstract: An apparatus for interfacing with a circuit switched network may be configured to detect when a data carrier signal from a circuit switched network is offline. While the data carrier signal from the circuit switched network is offline, the apparatus may send, to a network element coupled with the circuit switched network via the apparatus, control packets indicating that the data carrier signal is offline. The apparatus may further maintain an active data carrier signal between the apparatus and the network device by sending, to the network element, protocol idle frames. The apparatus may buffer, at the apparatus, packets sent from the network element to the circuit switched network. Once the data carrier signal is restored, the apparatus may send, to the circuit switched network, control packets indicating that the data carrier signal is online and the packet buffered at the apparatus while the data carrier signal is offline.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus for managing quality of service for video streaming, in which a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) in a Policy Charging Control (PCC) architecture of a telecommunications system receives from a Policy Control Enforcement Function (PCEF) a notification indicating that a video service has started for streaming video content to a user equipment (UE). A first Quality of Service (QoS) setting for streaming the video service to the UE is determined. First QoS setting data identifying the first QoS setting is transmitted to the PCEF. The PCEF transmits a further notification to the PCRF indicating that a particular stage has been reached. The PCRF receives the notification from the PCEF. In response to the further notification, a second QoS setting specifying a lower QoS than the first QoS setting for streaming the video service after the particular stage is determined. The PCRF identifies the second QoS setting to the PCEF.

For example, the base station may transmit a bundling configuration to the UE that may configure a bundling sequence defining an order for the bundles and a number of TTIs for each bundle. Based on the control signaling, the UE may determine a reference signal bundling pattern for receiving the DMRSs and the associated data channels, where the reference signal bundling pattern may indicate the bundling sequence. The UE may accordingly receive the DMRSs and the associated data channels and perform channel estimation on the data channels.
