The base stations receive the signal and the positioning data, record time when receiving same, and send the signal, the positioning data, and the time to the control terminal. The control terminal calculates position of the swimmer's UWB tag according to the positioning data and the time when a period of attenuation or disappearance of the wireless connection signal from the immersed UWB tag exceeds a first preset time, generates alarm information, and sends the position of the UWB tag and the alarm information to notify a security officer.
