A plurality of raised surface projections circumferentially positioned about the grip device outer surface provide tactual friction with a user's fingers, enabling user tactile sensory awareness, causing the user to adaptably minimize the tactual friction by conforming fingers and hand to natural placement, when the user grasps the sleeve secured to the hand-held implement. The device provides visual indicia for the forefinger, index finger, and thumb placement forming a natural hand position.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pressure oven with a pressurized inner container. The pressure oven includes an oven body, the inner container, an oven door and a handle, where the bottom side of the oven door is rotatably connected with the oven body, the handle is provided on top of the oven door, two locking catches are horizontally provided on the front face of the oven body, the corresponding inner surface of the oven door is provided with two locking hooks, and the handle drives the two locking hooks to rotate via a linkage drive device so as to achieve locking or unlocking between the locking hooks and the locking catches. The pressure oven has a rational structural design, the oven door is convenient for opening and closing, and a pressure relief valve is designed to be on the oven door so as to help combine the oven as an integral part of the entire kitchen.

Abstract: A system for finishing surfaces with a finishing material includes a handle assembly with proximal and distal ends. A material reservoir is mounted on the handle distal and includes an inlet and an outlet. A material applicator tool is mounted on the reservoir and receives material from the reservoir outlet. A discharge mechanism includes an extendable-retractable component or linear actuator connected to the reservoir for discharging or reloading material. An alternative embodiment includes a lockable, compressible gas spring. Another alternative embodiment includes a rotating element driven by a reversible motor mounted on the handle assembly. The rotating element drives a discharge mechanism in a discharge direction of rotation, and reloads the reservoir in a reload direction of rotation. Multiple alternative embodiments of linear actuators are disclosed. An alternative embodiment includes a push-to-open valve mechanism.

Abstract: A container that facilitates projecting out eatables for their easy removal is disclosed. The container includes an outer casing, a rotatable handle, a shaft, a movable platform and a cap. The outer casing has a base portion and a housing portion, which are partitioned by a partition. The base portion is defined with a cavity in which handle fits. The shaft is defined with a lower part and an upper part. The lower part is threaded and connected with rotatable handle. Rotation of rotatable handle causes rotation of shaft. Rotation of shaft enables lifting of movable platform, which lifts eatables. Lifting of eatables causes projection of eatables outside the outer casing thus facilitating easy removal. These eatables can be butter, cheese, mayonnaise, chocolate, jams and jelly and like other creamy and solid-solid textures.

A golfer may use a hand pump to pressurize a container that comprises a fluid. Abstract: A roof inspection and repair device is disclosed that can be wheeled along a roof to identify loose shingles and dispense the sealant necessary to secure them in place. The roof inspection and repair device has both a blowing system and a sealant dispensing system. The blowing system may include an air tube having an air tube inlet that can be connected to a blower and an air tube outlet. The sealant dispensing system may include one or more sealant storage containers connected to a sealant dispenser by one or more sealant tubes. The roof inspection and repair device may further include a shingle lift mechanism.

Abstract: An apparatus for dispensing liquid, powder, gel, goop or other viscous preparations requiring applicators, such as, without limitation, mascara, lip coverings, eyeliners, eye shadows, eyebrow products, glues, medications and the like is disclosed. The apparatus is comprised of a cap comprising a receptacle for receiving a wand, having means for temporarily coupling the wand at one end with the receptacle and an applicator head on the opposite end. Depending on use, the application head may be a brush, pad, molded bristle brush, flat brush or the like. The apparatus may be used to apply lipstick, glue, medication, gels, goops, viscous preparations, powders and the like. After use, the applicator wand can be removed and another wand can be interchanged into the same cap for another use or application. In an alternate embodiment, to manage the varying applicator heads, a custom wiper may be fitted into the neck of the base containing the liquid/powder/gel.
