Abstract: The invention disclosed herein provides a device and method of storing shoes that allows for immediate accessibility, ready visibility and reduction of clutter. Shoes can be organized, categorized, accessed and stored for instant use. Also, the device and method presented allow for commercial display of shoes in shops, stores or outlets that offer shoes for sale. Balls bearing user-selected and positioned designs or indicia at the end of hangars allow the user to readily change, replace, expand, and reposition shoes for visually appealing inspection easily and instantly.

Abstract: What is provided is an apparatus for use in a decorative or edible arrangement, including a multiplicity of stem portions each having an upper end and a lower end, and holders each attached to the appropriate stem. Some holders comprise of spirally shaped receptacle mounted to the appropriate stems. The spirally shaped receptacle includes multiple coils surrounding a cavity. The coils have a hook attached at the end furthest from the elongated stem. The coils hold decorative or edible articles.

Abstract: A tool box includes two first bodies and each first body has two first connection portions on the first end thereof. Two connectors are respectively connected to the first connection portions and each connectors has a second pivotal portion and a third pivotal portion. The second pivotal portion is a tubular portion with a C-shaped cross section which includes an elongate opening defined axially therethrough. The width of the elongate opening is smaller than the inner diameter of the second pivotal portion. The third pivotal portion is a rod which shares a common axis with the second pivotal portion. The diameter of the third pivotal portion is equal to or smaller than the inner diameter of the second pivotal portion. The third pivotal portions on one of the two first bodies are pivotably connected to the second pivotal portions on the other one of the two first bodies to pivotably connect the two first bodies.

Abstract: A multi-component divider including a first divider component and a connection mechanism for a second divider component. The second divider component connects to the first divider component when the first divider component is connected to a base. The second divider component extends above the first divider component, thereby extending the overall height of the divider. The base and multi-component divider can be used in locations where there is limited space between shelves, such as a shelf in a freezer or refrigerated display, or in any application where a higher divider may be preferred, but cannot be installed. The base can additionally include a pusher moveable along a longitudinal direction of the base, wherein the pusher is also adjustable linearly along a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the base.

Abstract: A foldable dish rack having a case including a base, a lid, and a side wall extending from the periphery of at least a portion of the base, and a mat including a plurality of projections and a first mat hinge dividing a first mat portion and a second mat portion that provides for the second mat portion to fold relative the first mat portion from a planar configuration to a folded configuration whereby the second mat portion rests flat on the first mat portion, with the lid connected to a portion of the side wall by a case hinge such that the lid is capable of converting from a closed configuration against the side walls to an open configuration approximately perpendicular to a plane of the base.

Abstract: A feeding apparatus is provided for supplying feed to a trough. The feeding apparatus includes a plurality of feed dispensers having respective outlets. The feeding apparatus further includes a slide, the slide being positioned below the outlets to receive feed falling from the outlets and guide the feed towards the trough. The slide includes a plurality of impact detectors located below the respective outlets to detect impact of feed on the slide.

Abstract: Provided is a water absorbent sheet retaining mat which can retain a water absorbent sheet easily and surely. A water absorbent sheet retaining mat for retaining a water absorbent sheet having a first polygonal contour, includes: a mat member having a second polygonal contour defined by mutually opposing a first main plane and a second main plane; and at least one retaining member having a slit member including at least one slit formed in a top surface at a first predetermined height from the second main plane for accepting a part of perimeter of the water absorbent sheet being inserted therein.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a combination storage and display system, and in particular to a system that is modular, provides high density storage and easy display of mattresses. In one embodiment, the rack has a base frame with several longitudinal rails. Several display frames are also provided (one for each longitudinal rail). The display frames have a translating bar that is movable relative the longitudinal rails. The display frame has a post and an angled support. The angled support holds the mattress in a nearly vertical orientation. A mattress support is pivotally connected to the post. The mattress support has a base, two ears, a leg and a lip. The lip engages a small portion of a side of the mattress. The leg pivotally depends from an ear.

Abstract: A support structure is mounted beneath a shelf in a manner that defines a vertical axis, and a rack or wheel is mounted on the support structure for rotation relative to the support structure. Containers resiliently snap into circumferentially spaced C-shaped clips defined by the rack. On various embodiments, the support structure includes intermediate components that accommodate sliding and/or pivoting of the rack relative to the shelf, and/or a user may selectively remove the rack from the support structure. When the rack is mounted on the support structure, a user may rotate the rack relative to the support structure to alternatively rotate the containers to a forwardmost position relative to the shelf.

Abstract: A hand tool assembly with magnetic securing device includes a body, a sleeve, a collar and two resilient pieces. The body has a first space and a first groove. The sleeve has a first passage, a second space, a third space, a first distance and a fourth space. A magnetic part is located in the second space. A clip is engaged with the first groove and movable within the third space. A collar is secured in the fourth space to restrict the clip to prevent the body from dropping form the sleeve. The collar has two resilient pieces received therein and each resilient piece has a third engaging portion which contacts the outer periphery of the body to provide friction when the sleeve is moved relative to the body. A driving piece is connected to the body and drives a bolt or a screw which is attracted by the magnetic part.

Abstract: A merchandise display system having a pusher structure slidably-coupled to a track. The pusher structure comprises a lock arm configured to selectively engage with a ratchet rack to allow for selective unidirectional motion of pusher structure upon application of a manual force to a pusher face of the pusher structure. Further, selective disengagement of the ratchet rack from the lock arm is facilitated by a manually-actuated pull strip having a ramp structure that slidably engages with the lock arm to lift a pawl out of the ratchet rack. This selective disengagement allows for bidirectional sliding of said pusher structure along said track, thereby allowing displayed products to be moved towards a front of a display shelf, or for products to be reloaded into the merchandise display system.

The first leaf includes a pair of spaced apart first-leaf knuckles rotatably coupled to the pin. Abstract: A drying rack includes a first rack, a second rack and a movable core member. The second rack is pivotally connected with the first rack. The movable core member includes a receptacle configured to receive an associated cleaning device. The movable core member is operatively connected for pivotal movement with and pivotal movement with respect to each rack so as to change a relative location of the receptacle with respect to at least one of the first rack and the second rack based on a relative position of the first rack with respect to the second rack.

Abstract: An adjustable-foldable desk to be mounted on top of stationary desks, tables and counters with no attachments. Desk comprises leg(s) assemblies on left and right sides whereby connect desktop to the base of the desk. Spring-loaded buttons at upper portion of the leg(s) assemblies allow to release the engagement of the desktop in order to adjust the tilt of the desktop. Also, spring-loaded buttons at lower portions of the leg(s) assemblies allow to release the engagement of the leg with the base in order to swing the leg and substantially desktop in order to adjust the height of the desk.

Abstract: A snap-in card top riser is provided having a riser and a display module. The riser has a hook profile that is adapted to be received into a channel on the display module so that the riser is secured to the display module in a manner that restricts removal of the riser from the display module. The channel has one or more tabs that are configured to cause the hook profile to compress while the tabs are engaging with the hook profile. A modular display tower is also provided that includes a base and one or more vertical display portions that are configurable to display different types of cards, items, and merchandise. The vertical display portions may interchangeably include curved display modules that receive one or more risers, or flat display portions, and the vertical display portions may be joined at respective edges with a bridge coupling.

Abstract: A coat hook, towel rack and clothes hanger receiver, preferably includes a mounting board, to which is attached a pivoting means on which pivoting means is an elbow or elongated bar having an outer tube communicating at 90° thereto, wherein the outer tube has therein, an inner tube disposed within and vertically moveable in a middle tube, the middle tube being moveable through the outer tube and the elbow-bar, the inner tube having a finial on its external end. Flares prevent the middle tube from exiting the outer tube in both directions. When the inner tube is extended upwardly, it is rotatable 90° from a 12 o'clock-6 o'clock position to a 9 o'clock-3 o'clock position. Once oriented horizontally the inner tube may be returned inwardly or retained in an outward disposition.

Abstract: An apparatus for securing one or more items of stemware includes a base plate, one or more posts, a retainer, and one or more feet. The feet and base plate cooperatively secure a base portion of the item of stemware, and the retainer includes arms defining a stem receiving space that secures a stem of the item of stemware. The feet are coupled to the arms. The arms are flexible so as to accommodate different sizes of stems and bases in stemware with a single rack.

Abstract: A system and method for providing diagnostic assistance to a driver of a vehicle when calling a call center following a diagnostic warning being displayed on the vehicle instrument panel. Upon establishing the call, indicator data representative of the warning is automatically sent to the call center where it is used to select one or more diagnostic tests targeted to particular vehicle systems associated with the warning. The test is carried out at the vehicle and the resulting diagnostic data sent back to the call center. The call is then switched to an advisor at the call center and the received diagnostic data is used to aid the advisor in providing the diagnostic assistance to the driver.
