Abstract: Methods and systems for generating a plurality of matching items that match a reference item are disclosed. The method includes first determining reference attribute data for the reference item, where the reference attribute data is multimodal. Next, selecting a deep learning multimodal matching model from a plurality of candidate multimodal matching models. The selected deep learning multimodal matching model has a first deep learning neural network (DLNN) for processing data having a first data mode and a second DLNN analyzer for processing data having a second data mode. Then, matching a potential matching item to the reference item using the selected deep learning multimodal matching model to generate a match score, where the match score is computed based on the reference attribute data for the reference item and attribute data for the potential matching item. Finally, adding the potential matching item to the plurality of matching items based on the match score.

Abstract: A computer system and the computer-implemented method of generating and providing haircare product recommendations to a subject. The method comprises determining, by a computing device, an exposure amount of a pollutant impacting a subject's hair; determining, by the computing device, a damage assessment of the subject's hair based on the type of pollutant and amount of pollutant exposure; and providing, by the computing device, at least one haircare product recommendation to the subject, wherein the recommendation is directed to repair damage to the hair provided in the damage assessment.

Abstract: Some embodiments described herein relate to a computer-implemented method that includes receiving an indication of text content and an indication of image content appearing on a webpage that offers a product for sale. A first trained machine learning classifier can be applied to the text content to produce a first classification of the product. A second trained machine learning classifier can be applied to the image content to produce a second classification. A trained combination machine learning classifier can be applied to the first classification and the second classification. The combination machine learning classifier can be configured to predict a third class of the product. A warranty can be defined and/or offered based on the third class of the product.

Abstract: Systems and methods for processing customer requests to access purchasable items using financial assessments are described. A customer using a mobile device can identify a good of interest and transmit a request to access and test it. A financial institution computing system with a database of customer financial information can generate a financial assessment of the customer and the customer's identified good, which can then be used to determine whether the customer's request should be granted.

Abstract: Some aspects of the present disclosure are directed to computerized methods for extracting attributes from product titles. The method may include: retrieving first product identifier comprising at least one tag; determining, based on the at least one tag, a number of quantity related tags; flagging the product identifier as having a quantity based on an analysis of the quantity related tags; comparing the at least one tag and quantity of the first product identifier with at least one tag and quantity associated with a second product identifier; generating, based on the comparison, at least one similarity value between the first product identifier and the second product identifier; and transmitting instructions to at least one user device, wherein the instructions cause the at least one user device to display the at least one similarity value.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for message timing optimization. A message timing optimization system determines optimized times to transmit messages to users based on historical transaction data. For example, the message timing optimization system may determine an optimal time to transmit a recommendation message to a user to perform a subsequent, such as repurchasing an item, refreshing a password, and the like. The message timing optimization system uses historical transaction data describing previous transactions performed by the user and/or other users to determine probability values indicating the likelihood that a user will perform a subsequent action at various time periods after the user performed an initial transaction.

Abstract: According to certain aspects of the disclosure, a computer-implemented method may be used for providing a vehicle recommendation based on user gestures. The method may include displaying at least one image of a vehicle to a user and receiving at least one gesture from the user performed on the at least one image of the vehicle. Additionally, the method may include assigning a value to the at least one gesture from the user and determining a feature of the vehicle based on the at least one gesture from the user. Additionally, the method may include receiving gesture information related to the at least one gesture and determining a vehicle preference of the user based on the value, the feature of the vehicle, and the gesture information. Additionally, the method may include identifying at least one available vehicle based on the vehicle preference of the user and displaying the at least one available vehicle to the user.

Abstract: Systems and methods involving a computer-implemented portal that enables a user to pre-authorize purchase of items not yet available for sale are disclosed. Abstract: Systems and methods to predict and optimize automated recipe selection and item delivery for a customer. An item-selection server selects a plurality of predicted recipes based on customer preferences and order history. Hard and soft constraints are obtained to perform the optimization of the predicted recipes. The hard constraints define parameters that cannot be violated by a recipe or set of recipes, and soft constraints define parameters that expresses a tradeoff value associated with a recipe or set of recipes. Optimization includes selecting multiple sets of predicted recipes based on the hard constraints and scoring each recipe set based on the soft constraints, item inventory, and customer preferences. A specific set of recipes is selected for the order based on the scores, and the filling of the order is initiated for the customer with items associated with the selected set of recipes.

A set of personalized complementary recommendations including a subset of the personalized-weighted items and a subset of the complementary-weighted items is generated.

Abstract: According to the invention, a method for initiating a similar transaction to one previously initiated by a user is disclosed. The method may include sending a digital receipt for a first transaction to a user. The method may also include determining reminder information, where the reminder information indicates a future time or frequency.
